I recently bought a new laptop for my office purpose. The best feature of a laptop is that its wireless. But if the battery of our laptop constantly gets drained then it’s something to be worried about. It had been 4 months there was some constant problem with my Laptop and it was getting on my nerves. So, I decided to call a tech support company so that they can help me find a solution. I called Techvedic on reference of one of my cousin. She still takes services from that company. But still before calling them I read about them. How old the company? and much more things. Gary a technician picked up my call. He was very patient with me and listened to my problem carefully. He first asked me to check all the cable connections are well connected. Next, he asked me to drain the battery completely and then recharge it by leaving the laptop on until it dies. One of the greatest fixes of all the technologies is to simply drain the energy from it and then try again later. If the problem persists you can change the battery. But thankfully my problem was solved, and it was working fine. I am thankful for Techvedic in helping me in such an excellent way. I am planning to take more such incredible services from them in future.

Today we all tend to face some or another technology problems, but contacting the right server and getting your problem solved is the major concern today. I recently contacted Techvedic which I got to know from my neighbor. Making it not too long, I called them and a guy picked up my call. He was very polite when he picked up my call. I discussed the problem with him to which he asked me to calm down. My laptop screen went black and he asked for my screen access. There was some major virus affecting my system. He not only detected the virus but also made sure that I do not face such problem in future. He told me few software’s which could help me to secure my system. I was very happy with their services. The charges too were nominal. I am planning to take more such incredible services from them.

I later checked their website and Techvedic website features a bevy of resources including a very useful live chat. I also had a live chat with the operator for he wanted to explain me few things. The company also provide some speedy answers on chat and is very responsive. There are no outdated instructions by the operators and are very useful. I am really very impressed by their services and their response. They do not tend to make any fake promises and present themselves in the same way as the depict on their website.

I am writing to praise the Techvedic technician who helped me, at Techvedic I talked with Gray a long support session with him, and he was just fantastic! My laptop became infected with Defense Center virus and I thought all was lost. My lappy was ruing too slow, i called techvedic and explain the problem with CCE he request me to share remote access to fix the problem. I shared the access & i was watching him. He used some pc optimizer tools and after 20 minutes told me done. then I checked lappy its really amazing running very fast & everything was good.
