If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Techugo was by far one of the worst professional experiences we have ever had. They sold us the promise of a dedicated team of 7 resources working on our project. In reality, it quickly became obvious that only one or two people were actually involved.

Progress was painfully slow, deadlines were constantly missed, and the quality of the deliverables was far below what had been promised. What was even more alarming was their inability to develop relatively simple business logic and formulas that any competent development team should have been able to handle without difficulty.

The sales pitch was impressive. The execution was a disaster.

We repeatedly had to explain basic concepts, review their work, and push for solutions that should have been straightforward for an experienced development company. Instead of relying on their expertise, we often felt like we were managing and teaching the team ourselves.

The lack of transparency regarding the actual resources assigned to the project was particularly disappointing. We paid for a team but never saw evidence that such a team existed.

Another thing that raised serious concerns for us was the credibility of many of the positive reviews. Looking through them, it often appeared that a significant number came from current or former employees rather than actual clients. Whether true or not, this creates a misleading impression for companies trying to evaluate the agency based on genuine customer experiences.

As a result, we lost valuable time, significant amounts of money, and several months of momentum for our startup. Choosing Techugo was one of the biggest mistakes we made during the development of Recrutium.

To any startup, entrepreneur, or company considering working with Techugo: stay away. Do not be fooled by the polished sales presentations and marketing claims. Verify everything, ask difficult questions, and demand proof of the resources and expertise they claim to provide.

There are many development agencies that are transparent, competent, and genuinely committed to their clients' success. Based on our experience, Techugo is not one of them.

Save your time. Save your money. Look elsewhere.

Techugo, Ankit Singh, Abhinav Singh are all frauds

We got scammed out of $100,000 USD by Techugo, which is run by the fraudster Ankit Singh and Abhinav Singh

Techugo and these Indian firms buy fake reviews on sites like Clutch, Google Maps, etc

They will also buy fake testimonials, claim they make apps for Fortune 500 companies, and claim fake certifications. This is how they lure you in and make you think you are in capable hands.

It’s all fake. it is insane what these Indian Dev firms like Techugo will do to make a buck. By the time you realise the scam, it’s too late. They also know you don’t have the resources to take legal action.

Techugo owners are two liars named Ankit Singh and Abhinav Singh. They will promise the world to you but give you inexperience, unqualified developers who write code that wouldn’t even pass secondary school.

Many of the developers have fake credentials or likely cheated in school.

They will claim their code works but bugs will come up daily and the developers can never resolve them because the code is a jumbled mess. And during this whole time they charge you for the time they spend fixing the shoddy buggy code they created

You will never get to production quality code or product

For anyone looking to develop software or an app, please avoid these firms in India. They don’t care about your product or code quality. They are just looking to make a quick buck and the management have zero technical ability

Techugo outright conducts fraud

Techugo outright conducts fraud. The company is there to enrichen the Singh family, led by two brothers Ankit Singh and Abhinav Singh, both are fraudsters.

We spent over USD $100,000 hiring Techugo to build an app and they delivered a non working product and refuse to provide any refund. Instead Ankit Singh threatened us, their customers.

Many of the customers they claim are theirs are fake, and so are the reviews and customer testimonials.

Techugo bought FAKE CLUTCH REVIEWS.

Techugo also require their own employees to write reviews and appraise their employee performance q they write.

Do not trust these two scammers: Ankit Singh and Abhinav Singh!

Pos software for my cafe

They had developed a bakery pos software for my cafe. Initially the work was at a slow pace but they picked up the timelines later on. The software did turn out to be useful though.
