I am still awaiting a tracking link for ORDER #2030 placed 10 June 2026. Sales team keeps advising a tracking link will come 'tomorrow'. It is now 20 August 2026 and I am commencing a chargeback with the bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They have disabled Google and Facebook reviews for a reason.
Ordered and paid over a month ago, no computer yet, on the good side they have at least sent a mysterious email with some technical issue, not explained in writing and asked me to phone a number.... I am sus about this and will do some more research incl possibly consumer affairs , asked to deliver the product or refund in the mean time
Garbage scam business.
They took almost $300 in payment a month ago and the order has never shipped or updated beyond confirmation. They do not respond to email queries or requests for a refund and they do not pick up the phone when called.
Their FB reviews (which they've now switched off) are full of similar stories of people who never got what they paid for. They also delete all the negative comments from scammed customers on their FC posts.
They have a graphic of a five star Google review rating in their website banner, but they are not even registered for Google reviews, so this is a clear lie.
