I highly recommend TechStar. The guys are really great to deal with. Customer Service is 5*.
They are both so kind, patient and helpful.
What more is there to say. They sorted all the issues and they never push anything on you.

Went in to ask them to put software on my laptop I couldn't do it so I asked member of staff to put it on for me I spoke to a staff member Jonathan was very helpful very nice to help me we got a sorted and job well done recommend them anytime and it's more bigger small big problems regards Paul diviney

I went to TechStar in Jetland, Limerick. John was absolutely excellent. He gave a lot of time and really helped me. His customer service was fantastic. My query wasn't straightforward but he stuck with it. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend going to him.

I visited the store in Galway at the docs on few occasions. The staff were not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient, understanding, and respectful towards people with disabilities. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Staff explained everything clearly and listened carefully.
It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely values accessibility and treats every customer with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing laptop repairs, especially those who may require a little extra understanding and assistance.

EUR 350 and 3visits later still not fixed. Colleague at work then had a look and EUR 6 later it was fixed. Techstar gave me a no diagnostics -- I don't think they touched it and said my mac was rusty! Absolute nonsense! Its a very common issue withMac track pad and keyboard not working. Ripped off, stay well away!!!

Well explained products. Quick delivery. Easy to assemble.

Brought my phone in to try and improve quality of pictures. They opened it up and assessed it within the hour. Not much could be done. They could have advised me to replace the back, but were honest enough to tell me it probably wouldn't help. Good guys quick service, and they didn't charge me. This is my go to place for phone and laptop fixes.

I went in to get my iPad fixed a few days ago the staff were so nice and helpful
My iPad was fixed really quickly and they didn’t charge much considering there was a lot of problems with it to fix
I’d really recommend going here to get your devices fixed or for advice they also sell good quality phone accessories and second hand devices

Some issues originally with getting specific item and replacement but staff were helpful and quick to resolve the matter

There isn't enough green stars for this company, especially the lads in Ballincollig, Patrick & Robert . I have become a regular customer with them !!! Daughter keeps dropping phone , we are now on first name basis 😂

I had an issue with a broken SIM tray on my brand-new iPhone 15 — just one day old. Vodafone advised me to return the phone for a replacement, which meant I would’ve been left without a working phone for several days. I needed it fixed urgently.

Thankfully, Robert Power, the Store Manager, went above and beyond. He quickly sourced a new SIM tray and had my phone working again within seconds. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely helpful attitude were outstanding.

Unbelievable customer service — Robert is an absolute gentleman and a credit to the team!

I originally purchased laptop from here with intent of having regular check up carried out. This year device broke down. I was told circuit board melted, by that stage I has paid €70 to be told nothing could be done. It was sent to Galway. 6 weeks later it was returned.I paid another few hundred for that privilege. In Galway device password changed so now locked out completely. I have not gone back since as felt foolish and made little of. Staff there know nothing and charge for everything. I now have a useless device the whole experience awful and traumatic.
