No volveré a pedir en esta página

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido bastante decepcionante. El proceso completo, desde la compra hasta la devolución, resultó mucho más complicado y lento de lo esperado.

El pedido tardó alrededor de un mes en llegar y, durante la espera, las respuestas por email fueron muy lentas. Cuando finalmente recibí el producto, venía únicamente en la caja de envío y no en su caja original, algo que afecta a la presentación y a la percepción de calidad.

Al solicitar la devolución, tuve que insistir varias veces para obtener instrucciones claras. Finalmente aceptaron reembolsar el importe del producto, pero tuve que asumir tanto los costes del envío inicial como otros adicionales, aprox 40€. Además, si no hubiera escrito nuevamente para pedir una actualización, probablemente seguiría esperando respuesta.

Después de leer otras reseñas, veo que no soy la única con este tipo de problemas. Creo sinceramente que, con mejoras en la comunicación, la transparencia y la gestión de devoluciones, podrían evitar muchas experiencias negativas y aumentar la satisfacción de sus clientes.

Chinese copies!

I ordered a set of Luvant Bone Conduction Headphones but received a pair of Chinese copy instead. 'Aparently' the supplier shipped the wrong ones but I was not offered the originally ordered pair when I complained, which makes me wonder if Luvant were ever available to start with! I was suspicious that this might happen when I kept being told that the item had been shipped but Royal Mail had no record of it. Ordered 8-1-26 delivered 19-1-26! After complaining I received a full refund, buyer beware!!

After contacting us regarding your order, you requested a full refund, which we processed promptly and in full. At no point did you ask for the item to be reshipped or replaced, which is why no replacement was sent.

The order was placed on 08/01/2026, dispatch on 10/01/26 and delivered on 19/01/2026 via Royal Mail (tracking IW314392645GB). Any tracking delays were outside of our control. Post code (TD12 4TP)

Claims suggesting that the product was never available or that we refused to supply it are incorrect. The matter was resolved according to your written request and closed once the refund was completed.

We ask that you refrain from making further inaccurate statements about this transaction, as the matter was resolved fully and fairly.

I purchased an Aerovella Hair Dryer from Tech Rova and although the product I received was faulty, their handling of my order and customer support were exceptional. They promptly replaced without any issues.

beware false advertising

item sent was not the item ordered, Not the brand advertised, the specifications are similar however the item sent is far inferior, i paid £230 for the branded item displayed on their web site but received a similar item that's available on the Aliexpress website for £44 my guess is they are what's known as drop shipping items, false advertising, if someone from techrova cares to respond i would be happy to discuss? just on my way to trading standard.
Techrova in their response are claiming they have reached out to me to resolve the issue this is not true please don’t be surprised if you don't receive what you ordered please see other customer reviews before purchasing many very similar stories

Diabolical service from Techrova, I ordered an Action Camera which still hasn't arrived, this company expects you to wait forever, customer service just keeps fobbing me off.
Avoid & shop elsewhere.

I ordered the wrong colour ring from Techrova -totally my fault, I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to replace the ring even though it was inconvenient for them -fantastic customer service, with very quick response to e mails I sent them.Would recommend Techrova to anyone.

Evri lost my parcel so it never actually arrived. I reported it to Techrova and they sent me out a replacement item. Really happy with the service.

Took a while to get a satisfactory result

The item I bought arrived promptly. However the item did not fit, and so I requested a refund. Their initial response said that if I emailed photos they would send an address to return the item for a partial refund. No email has appeared, they now won't answer my emails and there is no phone number or physical address online. This is similar to other who tried to return an item. Awful service, and timewastees.

After I published my initial review, they got in touch and provided an acceptable solution to the problem I had. The customer service was eventually very good.

They sent the wrong item, no refund

They sent the wrong item. I asked for a refund; they said I would need to send a photo of the item (which I did). They then told me the product was the same spec as the one I had ordered (even though it was a different make) but that they would do a refund if I still wanted one. I emailed back to say i would like the refund but they have been ignoring me ever since, despite repeated emails.

And in response to Techrova reply, I cannot return the item as they have not given a returns address, despite repeated requests.

Returned item

Bought a drone from Techrova, it took weeks to dispatch and deliver. Once I received it, it was not the model name displayed on the website. I returned it and got full refund eventually. I would be wary of this site.
