Kris and Andy formed Techpanda uk during the lockdowns after getting bored of the local walks and having had enough of This Morning. Once we had lost our jobs due to the pandemic a drive to do something more meaningful kicked in and Techpanda uk began. We decided to pursue what had been an eBay hobby and take the plunge into full self-employment. We specialise in laptops, monitors, CCTV/Security, gaming accessories and smart home products. We will be continually adding to our range, seeking out new wholesalers and manufactures to work with and, delivering the very best we can for our customers.

Excellent people to deal with.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their advice was correct and saved me from the dog house on this occasion.
Next time I'm looking to purchase something that's beyond my limited technical abilities, I'll be going back to Tech Panda.
Delivery of my item was also very fast, considering that it was bang in the middle of a bank holiday.

Misleading website
Bought a laptop that said 9 in stock but it turned out it was actually a pre order item so this was very misleading.
Ended up paying in full and requesting a refund later on as there wasn’t an exact time for the laptop.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for your disappointment.
We have reviewed your case and note that we did communicate with you over the bank holiday weekend and clearly stated to you that we would not be able to confirm your order until Tuesday 6th April.
When it became apparent that there had been a further delay to this shipment we offered you the option of a refund or placing a back order.
Unfortunately due to events of the last 12 months shipments of stock to all retailers and from all manufacturers have been constrained.

This company is fantastic. I already had an order for the Zephyrus G14 (2021) from Amazon, but it was out of stock. These guys had it. I asked them to confirm stocks and they did. They also assured me that it would arrive next day and it did! Kris kept me informed about the status of my order all the time, and they even linked the order to my account as I wrongly purchased it as a guest! I feel very good about purchasing from them in oppose to amazon, as I am supporting smaller businesses that deserve a lot of credit. well done guys.

Next day delivery on a HP Firefly Z book work station that was not easy to find and cheaper to purchase than HP site that was out of stock. Great laptop for my business use. Quality service and product so far.
