excellent good quality bistro set notified assoonas product despatched with tracking, only downside was with tracking with DX no expected time of delivery so couldn't get someone here capable of unpacking large heavy box but the driver was very helpful and helped me to unpack it and carried it to garden. would highly recommend

This has been an utterly dismal experience. I placed an order on 07/05, Tuesday, and opted for next day delivery. Unfortunately, the website omitted an order cut-off time, so I made my purchase around 7 pm. Regrettably, there were no subsequent delivery updates. When I attempted to contact the company the following morning, 08/05, Wednesday, I was informed that due to the late order placement, delivery wouldn't be possible that day. While not ideal, this was somewhat understandable. I was assured it would arrive the following day.

However, on 09/05, Thursday, there were still no updates. Upon further inquiry, I was told that the order had been handed over to DX Delivery. However, upon checking the tracking information with DX, it became apparent that while the data had been received on 09/05, the item wasn't collected and scanned at the depot until 3 pm on 10/05, Friday. This inconsistency suggests dishonesty on the part of Technology Spare Parts.

Moreover, despite paying for next day delivery, the item was only scanned into the delivery depot at 11 pm. Given these circumstances, I would have expected Technology Spare Parts to cover the additional fee for Saturday delivery, especially since I had placed the order on Tuesday. However, when I contacted DX Delivery, I was informed that the item wouldn't arrive until Monday due to the extra delivery fee not being paid.

Their consistent deceit regarding the status and whereabouts of my order has only heightened my frustration. It's abundantly clear that they've been dishonest throughout this entire ordeal.

Ordered for next day delivery, 3 days later no sign of parcel, contacted the delivery company and despite being told by technology spare parts it had been shipped, the delivery company say they have not yet received the parcel from technology spare parts.
Now phoned multiple times with no answer, not replying to messages.

Edited 11/05/24: Now been advised by the delivery company that the delivery only runs Monday to Friday so I will not receive my parcel until Monday. 6 days after ordered next day delivery. So that’s 4 days taken off work to wait in for a parcel TSP assured me would be delivered that day. It was a £500+ order, and at this point I just want my money back as it’s not worth the stress and hassle and the constant chasing and waiting around.

Paid for overnight delivery 5 days ago, still waiting for delivery, what a shambles of a company, been trying to get a refund for the last two days, no response to emails or texts, in fact, no contact since initial purchase. Paid a days wage for a tradesman only for the item to not appear. Cowboys

I specifically checked before making the purchase that I was buying a whole fireplace and not just the mantle top. I was assured that was the case. As soon as it arrived I opened it up and it was just the mantle top. I immediately emailed and asked for it to be collected and refunded but it is still sitting in my hallway waiting.
