Really good price for a PSU I ordered, I changed my mind about it and TND responded with a hassle-free cancellation and immediate refund. As good as any online experience I've had. Will be ordering again with confidence, once I can make up my mind!

Took a chance despite many negative reviews.
Glad I did products arrived free postage in less than 24hours.
Packed great, porducts in immaculate sealed conditions and for a price that seemed to good to be true.
Obviously since there was no problem I can't comment on after service but felt obliged to leave a comment for the quick delivery and great price of items.

I ordered an expensive Sim Racing wheel on a Saturday which was much cheaper than anywhere else. Late Monday I still hadn't been charged despite the deliver suggesting Tuesday or Wednesday. I kept checking the portal and nothing moved all day Monday. I thought it was too good to be true. I checked the reviews to see people complaining about delays and issues and got worried. Thankfully... no need. it arrived noon Tuesday with payment taken late Monday evening. Absolute bargain delivered extremely fast. Thanks so much!

I purchased a TP-Link Router (ER7212PC) after searching via Google, which was priced the lowest on Technextday. I have not previously heard of Technextday but it seems like they are a dropshipping service.

So far, I don't have any complaints - my router arrived promptly (next day delivery via DPD), and it is working as intended.

Now only concerns is how the warranty will be handled. Time will tell I suppose.

Item arrived quickly and worked fine although the manufacturer seal was broken hence the 4 stars but other than that, nothing to complain about

Cooler came with wrong mounting kit and they refused to do anythign about it. Didnt want to help me get the cortrect kit, didnt want to refund and ignored me completely!

The ram came the day after it was supposed to, no apologies or forewarnign at all. The ONLY use of these crroks is to get something the next day and they failed to do even that.

Seems they are just a dropshipping company hence they offer no customer service at all. AVOID.

What a misleading and deceitful reply. The missing bracket was reported in January, a day after I received the item!

I did select the free delivery option but it 100% said next day delivery if ordered before 5pm - which to be honest is the only point in using your site.

The lies in the response should hopefully show other customers why they shouldn't use your company.

I saw "Andy" write a crazy review on '5 Feb 2023', while I personally was looking through here to background check your company best I could before ordering. You guys seem legit. Few hundred quid in sales coming your way.

I've never ordered from TND before and decided to order a GPU from them due to having the best price on the market for the GPU I was looking at. The order process was seamless and the order was delivered in a couple of days. Unfortunately, the GPU was faulty as it was outputting no display so I had to return the product. There have been a few negative reviews on here around the returns process but in my experience it the easiest, quickest and most hassle free returns process I've encountered compared to other tech companies. The response time of their customer service team and helpfulness was great! When they received the product back, it only took them a couple of days to process the return, test the product to diagnose the fault and offer a refund or replacement. Would definitely order from them again in the future!

Ordered a RX 6750 XT Aorus Elite graphics card. TechNextDay has the lowest price on this particular card (at the moment of writing).

My parcel was delivered within two working days, everything works great 👍🏻

Following on from my bad RMA experience with Ebuyer I Ordered on May 12, 6:00 AM a Corsair RM1000x 1000W PSU (Power Supply) from this company.

I wanted to do some due diligence and this company was rated highly by HotUKdeal members. Also Corsair is a reputable brand with good UK support.

My parcel was stated for free Delivery by Saturday 13th. May - Monday 15th. May and it arrived on Sunday 14th May, so within ETA.

The item was brand new and sealed and as described. It was the most current 2021 version PSU which matched the SKU number on the website. The PSU was reasonably priced and the cheapest I could find against other UK established retailers.

Overall I am pleased.

They had good pricing on most of the items I wanted to buy. There was one which was a bit more expensive so I filled in a price match request. They never got back to me (waited a week) so I bought everything somewhere else.

The reason for the one star is not bothering to reply. Not because they couldn't match. The price.

No problem with my order (via their eBay store). Came next day as promised.
