I was looking for a watch for my daughter, that could send messages and make calls - no apps. it does make calls, but the messages are very limited and can only be done through an app on my phone - this is not what I wanted, now I have a watch that is not what I wanted. this should have been make clear when I was choosing a watch to buy

As a first time buyer with this company I'm well impresses by them. I made an order, and unexpectedly wasn't going to be around for the expected delivery date. After emailing with my predicament, I got a call from them asking what they can do to help/change address etc. So prompt and helpful. I'll definitely buy from this company again.
