I recommend The Techloq Filter by rachmistrivka vaad huisher, for all my friends that need to have access to internet and yet, to keep their eyes Heilig and kosher.
1) It doesn't slow down the computer.
2) Even if you by mistake opened a none appropriate site, it won't let you see the pictures and videos, without them sending you a email first to warn you about the dangers associated with them.
3) They respond fast to your requests.
4) The filter really blocks all the skin colors, which is a smart way to shop online without having to see all immoral pictures from the Goyim.

I have been very happy with our decision
I have been very happy with our decision to go with Techloq to filter our children's computer. There have been multiple times I reached out with questions and each time, I have spoken to someone who was able to help me without having to go through an automated system or waiting on hold. I like how easy and quick it is to add websites to our "allowed" list. Def. worth it.
