My technician Shukla Purushottam was…

My technician Shukla Purushottam was very patient, listened to my concerns, addressed them and fixed them. When he had to mute me and work he told me and when he returned to the phone call asked if I was still there. He was very polite, courteous, efficient and professional. He is a great asset to your company and I am glad you choose to employ him
