My experience with Tech Crafterz has been rocky to say the least.That being said I have a new project manager Oliver that has in the short time working with him has been phenomenal. He has over hauled and fine tuned the incompetent work that was done by the previous crew. Thanks to Oliver I can finally see the light at the end of this long and timely tunnel. I wish to thank him for his diligent work and drive for excellence. Oliver has restored my faith that my project will be finalized to my complete satisfaction.

A new project management team was assigned to my project recently to put finishing touches on my website. Alan Parker and Meyer Smith gave an amazing finish to my site. They brought experience, a professional approach, and a high level of creativity to really make it over the top. Thank you so much!!!

From the very beginning every member of the team was knowledgeable to the point of laying to rest the concerns of a true skeptic. They took time to understand me and what I'm doing to better serve in building my site. My website frequently went offline, and I never received any proactive communication about it – I only found out when my customers notified me. This happened so often that I eventually stopped relying on the website altogether. When I tried reaching out via text for assistance, it would often take days to get a response. Additionally, there were unexpected hidden costs. I’d advise caution when considering this service."

Bruce Hunter and his team did an amazing job creating our company website and the logo
that will be used for years to come. They removed all worry from me trying to create it myself and giving it the professional look that was needed. I must say that our website stands out amongst the others in the same industry. The business cards and stationery look amazing. Being that this business is just now starting off, Bruce guided us to incorporate what we need at the beginning stages of the business and what we purchase in the near future. He truly understood the assignment.

As we wanted to create or social media pages for our business, we decided it would be worth spending a little extra money to have them create it for us. We really appreciate what they have done for us in a project that I wanted done within a week, that took just 3 weeks. It was well worth the wait to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and a little bit more than expected.

I opened a business in July 2024 and was in need of a website designer since I am not tech saavy in that particular area. I started searching for designers on wix and techcrafterz reached out with a descent pricing to fit my budget and made me feel assured they could deliver what I was looking for. Well, you get what you pay for. What a sham of a company. Don't believe the over inflated
fake "good" reviews. MY LIFE IS TOO BUSY TO TYPE THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE FOR NO REASON...First, in the beginning of August, they started working on developing my website, and the supposed designers are horrible. They have no vision, and their work look like a kid could have made it, but I needed a website asap and needed it yesterday, so I said this will do. Now we get to the part where I already paid for the website, and then they add on a "hosting" charge. Out of nowhere! I looked through the contract I signed and low and behold nowhere on there did it state hosting site included, nor did it state hosting site is an additional charge. So, the way I see it, they held my website hostage as though to say, you finally ok'ed the website, now what am I going to do with it if it's not online. WOW! I paid for them to supposedly "host the site". Now we get to the part where my email business domain doesn't work. This is from October to December 2024. And stuff on my website kept missing here and there, and they couldn't get the design of my testimonials from customers to look align with the site. Not to mention, the website went down at random times. As the holidays drew near, I had to take a step back from frustration to keep the holiday spirit, even though my business needs from Techcrafterz weren't being met. Alas, a friend who is a media marketing manager visited me and looked at my site and said this is terrible. He went into my wordpress that I had access to, and it took him 4 hours tops to redesign the website. I ended up buying a new domain. This company provided nothing for what I paid for. No website, no domain, no hosting. There's more to this story, but not enough space to keep going about this whole experience. And they know they were not hitting their mark from the beginning. You would have thought they would have started damage control when they couldn't get the business domain info button to work (August to December). My friend who came to visit got it to work when I moved my site to another domain and hosting. Even if they would have offered a 5% discount or credit towards something. I asked for refund, they flat out said NO! Heed my words BUYER BEWARE! I should have believed the first trustpilot review I read before giving them a chance. They do have a not so favorable reputation. MY BAD....Ugh! You live and learn. Hope this help.

I had a great experience with Techcrafterz! Ashley and Ethan are the best! They were professional, easy to work with, and really understood what I needed. Their solutions were creative and tailored perfectly to my project. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tech services!

I worked with a couple other website designers and didn't get the result I was looking for. Thankfully, I found TechCrafterz and lucked out to get Sarah Morgan as my project manager. She delivered. In fact, she went above and beyond. Sarah is very responsive to emails, listens, and has fabulous ideas. I LOVE my new website. Highly recommend. Thank you, Sarah and team!

It has been 11 months now, and I remain disappointed in this company's ability to perform as professionals.
Very vanilla generic web site was created riff with childish mistakes. Ridiculously hard to get corrections made without more mistakes being made.
It seems like a one man show, Jack is sometimes very hard to reach, weeks at times. Jack is always pleasant to converse with, but he has too much on his plate.
I spent an immense amount of time preparing corrections to be carried out that just did not get accomplished correctly. Jack never contacted me on how to carry out the changes if they were not understood.

These guys are phenomenal. They are supportive and understanding. I highly recommend them
