I hired a company to improve my original website and had a very bad experience, and they took 2 1/2 weeks to almost complete although I had provided all the content. I then hired Techavela, they revamped the site in 1 day and improved it significantly. Amber is very knowledgeable, patient and understood what I was trying to accomplish and exceeded my expectations. 

I would recommend them if you need your website done and want to find someone to trust and deliver a quality job in timely manner.  Amber never asked for a referral but deserves the positive review

I hired this company to redesign my website, with the main goal of fixing the broken contact forms. From the beginning, the project took far longer than promised—what was supposed to be a two-week job dragged on for months. Despite repeated assurances, the most basic functionality still doesn’t work: the contact forms never functioned properly, and links shared on social media display the wrong images, which affects my ability to promote my content.

The contract included testing, functionality checks, and performance optimization, but none of those were actually delivered. Even worse, the project was marked as “complete” without my approval while I was out of the country, making it impossible for me to test the site myself.

Now, I’m being asked to pay extra to fix issues that were supposed to be resolved from the start. This feels like an intentional tactic to leave things unfinished and charge more later. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable service, clear communication, or a commitment to quality.
