Purchased a game on the 16th December (a month ago) that hasn't arrived. On the 19th, they told me they were looking into it but have not replied to numerous emails since then. I have had to chargeback through my bank to get a refund.
EDIT: Since posting this review, they have quickly resolved the situation

Twice I have sold my old tech to these guys and the service is really good. A lovely guy came to my house both times. They offer reasonable prices and paid by bank transfer. I highly recommend this company if you want a pain free selling experience.
