A Truly Enriching Learning Experience with Teargroup
Studying with Teargroup was a truly great experience. As a mature student working with children with special needs, I found the course Paediatric First Aid extremely valuable. The tutor, Troy, was very clear in his teaching and used practical activities repeatedly to help us visualise and retain what we learned. His engaging way of speaking kept everyone’s attention, and the classroom atmosphere was always positive and inclusive. He genuinely applied equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that each student’s individual needs were met. This approach greatly supported me in achieving my goal of gaining the knowledge I needed.

Training where quality mattered more than quantity…
I recently completed my door supervisor training, and overall, it was a very rewarding and positive experience. My instructor, Troy, was very knowledgeable, approachable and made sure I understood the course and the tasks I had to cover. I appreciated how he chose to relate the course to his personal experience working in the industry which was far more effective for me in terms of understanding the role of a door supervisor and what kind of a person that role requires. Overall, I finished the course with complete satisfaction and confidence, and I was informed and prepared to be a door supervisor. I would highly recommend whoever is trying to work in the security industry should get their training from TEAR Group.
