Since taking the helm of Team Spirit Sports in 2015, Jeremy and Jarrod Lipscombe have transformed a small, family-driven business into a leading supplier of custom sports uniforms. Coming from a sport-loving family of seven and with extensive volunteer experience, they understand the unique needs and challenges faced by sporting clubs, schools, and community groups. Starting with just two staff members, Team Spirit has expanded to a dedicated team of over 40 professionals, driven by a commitment to addressing gaps left by competitors. Their focus on exceptional customer service, clear communication, timely delivery, and uncompromising quality has set them apart in the market. In 2022, they celebrated a major milestone with the addition of a second warehouse at their Mid North Coast head office, enhancing their capacity to support growing demand and expanding their product range. What began with a focus on rugby apparel has evolved into a full line of high-quality uniforms for a variety of sports across Australia. Team Spirit Sports remains dedicated to delivering the spirit of the game in every piece of apparel, supporting the passion and pride of teams and athletes nationwide.

Amazing product!

Team spirit is a great company from dealing with the lovely staff to the quality of their product. I have used them for our school sport uniforms as well as personal sport uniforms and could not recommend them enough. Light weight, short weight time and personable people to deal with! Thanks guys.

Customer Service and Quality Product

Superb!

Had the best experience with Erika. She was helpful, informative and patient throughout the whole process. Always super responsive when communicating right to the end.

Brilliant communication and so helpful…

Brilliant communication and so helpful with what we were after with our order.
Once our gear was received, it looks amazing and so many compliments! Our Tamworth Water Polo members love them.

Great communication and understanding…

Great communication and understanding of what we were after with our order.

Once we received our gear it looks amazing and plenty of compliments from the other clubs as well.

Strathpine Spitfires Little Athletics Club

Great service!

My small business used Team Spirit to screen print a large batch of t-shirts for commercial sale. The service was exceptional from first contact to receiving the finished product. The t-shirts are excellent quality and we will definitely be coming back for our next batch. 10/10 would recommend.
