We recently took part in the Crystal Challenge at Hatfield Place and had such a brilliant day from start to finish.

From the initial planning stages, everything was organised clearly and professionally, which made the whole process stress-free. On the day itself, the event team were friendly, enthusiastic, and kept the energy high throughout despite the hot weather.

The activities were great fun and really encourage everyone to work together, communicate, and get involved. It was lovely to see colleagues stepping out of their usual roles, having a laugh, and building stronger relationships along the way.

The day was well organised, engaging and enjoyed by everyone who attended. We’ve received lots of positive feedback from the team since the event and it’s something we’ll be talking about for a long time.

A big thank you to everyone at the Team Building Experiences for creating such a memorable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would love to work with them again in the future!

We booked the School Sports Day events with TBE for our Summer Fun Day, and had an incredible time! Our event had over 150 people, with 50 participants in the games, with others enjoying the Garden Games package and other events. Everything was perfect and professionally run - I couldn't fault it and the feedback from our staff was incredible. Dealing with TBE from initial contact right through to the day was smooth and easy, and enjoyable! The whole team were helpful and a joy to work with. Special thanks to Maggie our event manager and Luca who ran the event on the day. We will certainly be booking again next year for our second Summer Fun Day, and hopefully for some other events throughout the year! Thanks All!

Schools Sports Summer Party
We booked this for our office's summer party and what a great event it was. From booking to the actual event - I cannot fault it. Those taking part (even in the extreme heat of the day) had the most fun - and those spectating were encouraging their teams. I would not have any problem recommending this company and I will certainly use again when we do another event like this.

Liam and Sophie were professional and efficient from the first enquiry communication. They were also fun, warm, human and helpful. We had an absolute blast with no stress. Thank you guys!

We used Team Building Experiences to organise a bespoke scavenger hunt through Liverpool as part of MCP's 50th Anniversary celebrations, and it proved to be one of the highlights of the weekend.

From the very beginning, Luca was fantastic to work with, taking the time to understand what we wanted and putting together a fun, engaging event that perfectly suited our group. On the day itself, both Luca and Mickey were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Although we experienced a small technical issue with the maps on some of the tablets, the team dealt with it calmly and efficiently, and it certainly didn't detract from the experience. In fact, we've had so many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the scavenger hunt – it was great fun and a wonderful way to explore Liverpool.

Thank you to everyone involved for all the thought, effort and enthusiasm you put into making our event such a success. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a unique, well-organised and thoroughly enjoyable team event.

We recently had a team away day and took part in axe throwing, laser clay pigeon shooting, and archery – and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The activities were great fun, well-organised, and suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. It was the perfect mix of friendly competition, team building, and plenty of laughs.
A special mention has to go to Phil, who was outstanding throughout the day. He was professional, enthusiastic, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and involved. His instruction was clear, encouraging, and helped make the experience even more enjoyable.

We booked the Crystal Maze Challenge with TBE, the booking team were really helpful, liaising directly with the external confernece facilities directly ro ensure the correct facilities were available. Dan's team who were on site for the event were very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The whole team really enjoyed the experience and would recommend. We would use them again!

We booked Red Cactus for some team fun at a recent off-site meeting. The team were fantastic from start to finish and a great time was had by all. I would highly recommend this company for future events.

We booked Red Cactus as part of our staff away day. The company were easy to deal with from start to finish. They were responsive to questions and queries and the team were all super friendly.
On the day itself they arrived in plenty of time to set up and they facilitated the quiz brilliantly, our host even wore a sparkly jacket! The quiz itself is really interactive, with a live leader board and answers being inputted by each team either on a phone or IPad (I pads provided). the whole team really enjoyed the quiz and it really drew out the competitiveness of our staff! I would recommend Red Cactus to others looking at fun sessions for away days etc.

Booked a "Traitors" style activity for a team development day. The booking process was smooth with excellent communication. On the day, the facilitator's were very engaging and fun and everyone had a great time.

The team were brilliant in helping to organise our work event, they handled everything with the activity as well as our booking with the hotel. Last minute changes weren't ever a problem and they quickly came back to me with updates. I would highly recommend the soap box derby activity, we all had a brilliant time. The only criticism is that there should have been some bottled water provided as 2.5 hours without a drink whilst being fairly active wasn't ideal. All in all they made the whole thing very easy and seamless. Thank you to Liam and Mickey!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an on-site Easter Quiz Night, facilitated by Sophie and Daniel, as part of our team-building initiative. From the very beginning, the event was exceptionally well organized and set a fantastic tone for the evening. The entire team thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and it was wonderful to see everyone's competitive spirit come alive in such a fun and engaging environment.
