We are a family from the States with 6 kiddos and we have normally gotten our teeth cleaned by a biological dentist twice a year in the States, but have been living overseas the last 2 years and haven't found a biological dentist in the country we have been residing. Therefore it had been almost 2 years since our last cleaning (I'm also 5 months postpartum too.) We have a lot of sensitivities and some autoimmune issues and have found help in more natural holistic practices, and diet. We were on vacation in Istanbul and I found Diş Hekimi Tuğba Duymaz after reading countless positive reviews online. I wrote them, and they returned my message right away and were able to squeeze myself and my children all in, last minute. Their offices are very beautiful, clean and cozy. We had a general exam and cleaning done. It was pain free, and my and my children's teeth are brighter and cleaner feeling than they ever were with traditional cleaning methods. Their staff was patient and kind with my children, and explained the procedures and post procedure expectations as well. They even made my 5 year old an omelet after it had been 2 hours since her cleaning, and we still had a couple more kids to go. I am very impressed with their offices services, procedures, protocols, and communication. Best dental experience ever! We will definitely be traveling to come here again in the future.

Dr. Senanur Aymak (Resident Dentist):
Dr. Senanur quite literally saved my life. Where other medical professionals in the UK failed me, she excelled using holistic, restorative and biomimetic principles. She successfully removed what had been described as an “impossible” rotten tooth with severely curved roots and deep infection. This tooth had been causing recurring systemic infections and contributing to serious health problems, including autoimmune complications.

She administered local anaesthetic safely and remarkably extracted the entire infected tooth in one go, without aggressive cutting into bone or tissue. The area was thoroughly disinfected with Ozone Therapy, and the team used PRF/PRP (Platelet Rich Fibrin) derived from my own blood to support natural healing. At no point did I feel pressured into additional services. For the first time in my life, I genuinely feel my medical needs were being prioritised over profit.

I flew to Turkey from the United States without knowing Dr. Tuğba Duymaz beforehand. I found her through both the IABDM and IAOMT while searching for a biological dentist. After reading the reviews, I decided to call her office, and that conversation is what truly gave me the confidence to move forward. Even before traveling, they clearly explained what I needed, were completely transparent, and sent me a detailed estimate outlining everything I might need, just in case—so I wouldn’t have any surprises later. I truly appreciated that level of honesty and clarity.

From the very first interaction, I could tell how professional and organized the entire team was. Every single person I met in her clinic was kind, caring, and genuinely a good human being. I feel incredibly lucky to have ended up in their hands.

I’m incredibly grateful to have discovered Dr. Tugba Duymaz. This has genuinely been the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. From my very first interaction with the team, everything was handled with outstanding professionalism. As a patient, I received all the information I needed, and every aspect of my appointment and treatment was carefully organized.

I have had a great experience with dental implants with almost no pain at all and I felt completely assured that my implant surgeries would go well — and they did. The procedures were performed so comfortably that i noticed i slept during some of them 😅

I chose this dental practise because they are biological dentists and consider the holistic effect of any treatment on the whole body. Also because they follow the SMART protocol for mercury amalgam filling removal. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and patient and made me feel very comfortable. Also a good standard of English is spoken which is important for communicating such a specialist subject. I was very happy with the advice and the treatment I recieved and my mouth now feels as if it has had a complete refresh! I would highly recommend Dr Sena at Tuğba Duymaz dental practise.

I live in the UK and did so much research before choosing to go to Turkey to have my cavitation surgery (NICO operations) performed by Tugba Duymaz. I also had a new crown fitted and numerous old fillings re-done. There's so much I could say, it's hard to know where to start!
First of all, Tugba is one of the most delightful professionals I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is kind, unassuming, expert, 100% dedicated to biological dentistry and very very patient. Nothing is too much trouble for her; every patient feels valued and important. She radiates such a beautiful energy, that she makes spending hours in the dentist's chair a pleasurable and relaxing experience.
I was worried that after having surgery on three cavitations sites (actually one site was two cavitations that had merged into one big one) I would be in pain for many days afterwards. However, to my great surprise, there was only some discomfort for a few hours; I slept well, and the next day I was able to explore the local area, relaxed and pain free. My recovery from the operation was so fast I was astonished.
Tugba is a very talented water-colour artist and to her, even a small filling is a work of art, she takes so much care and attention over the smallest details.
Furthermore, she's happy to answer all questions and give full explanations behind her recommended procedures.
Her husband Oktay is the clinic manager, and he also is kind-hearted and so very helpful. He answered so many questions for me by whatsapp before my visit.
Some of my fillings were performed by Senna, the other dentist in the clinic, who is also very dedicated and expert.
There is a wonderful friendly family atmosphere in the clinic, and I was even given several lovely freshly cooked meals there.
I am recommending her whole heartedly to all my family and friends, and I feel that I never want anyone else to touch my teeth again.

I have been living in Ireland for over 20 years, originally from the Philippines with my family. I used to have excellent dental health, but over time, dental treatments I received in Ireland severely compromised my teeth, leading to persistent infections, inflammation, and eventually cavitation.

Despite countless visits to doctors and dentists both in the North and South of Ireland, my condition remained undiagnosed. I was repeatedly prescribed antibiotics, which had no effect, and even after undergoing multiple X-rays and CBCT scans, no one identified the underlying infection—or worse, the cavitation.

As someone who takes health seriously—I maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, practice yoga and meditation, and spend a lot of time walking—I knew something was wrong. Deep down, I was certain it was related to the three root canals in my mouth.

I pleaded with my dentist and several others to remove them, convinced they were the source of my health issues. Over time, I developed chronic sinus problems, migraines, brain fog, fatigue, chest pain, jaw clicking, neck pain, and even discovered a lump in my breast. Starting with first contact I had with the team I was treated very professional and received all details requested as a completely new patient. So I am extremely and positively surprised by the good preparation when onboarding a new customer with Dr. Duymaz cabinet.
