Excellent service and product
I searched thoroughly online for a really good quality bench that would not rot but wasn't a disaster for the environment. I found TDP by chance and they had exactly what I was looking for; a three seater bench made from recycled plastic waste. It looked to be a substantial piece of furniture and there was a choice of colours. I selected the dark brown and placed my order, which was easy to do with the choices laid out and simple to select. I was kept up to date with my order and even received a telephone call giving me the delivery date. Delivery was on time, the delivery driver was really lovely and helpful and I am over the moon with the bench. It most certainly is substantial an d I have every faith that this will last the rest of my lifetime, even in wet Wales, with very minimal upkeep for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend TDP.

Good quality product and service
The ethos of TDP seemed good and their website gave clear information. I rang for further advice about delivery and received helpful service. As arranged, the driver contacted me 30mins before arrival, giving me ample time to be on site. The bench was well packaged with clear instructions about siting and care without lots of small print! It appears to be a good quality product which we hope will last many years in our church woodland.

Difficulty getting the pallet off the truck as it was too tall - it was ok loading from the side but getting it off onto the hydraulic tail lift was impossible so we had to unpack it on the lorry and then lower each item singly. The driver was brilliant and very helpful!

Top marks to delivery man!
Arrived on the due date although late in the day. Gold star to the delivery man who was friendly and efficient.
Furniture is very heavy because of its construction and is strapped onto a pallet for ease of transportation making it difficult to manoeuvre when delivered. Older people are likely to require help in moving furniture..

A good, honest small family business, that is situated here in the High Peak-Derbyshire.
I recently purchased a two-seater bench and a tall planter from TDP Outdoor Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the communication and service were excellent.
Before placing my order, I contacted the company to get some advice on the best options for my garden. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me make the right choice. Shortly after ordering, I received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase, along with clear information about the expected completion and delivery dates.
The delivery arrived exactly on time, and the driver was fantastic—extremely helpful with offloading and positioning the items. The furniture is quite heavy, but the driver came fully prepared with a pallet and hand truck to bring everything right to the front of the property.
The quality of the furniture itself is outstanding. It’s made from 100% recycled plastic, which means no painting, no splinters, and it’s built to last. Plus, they offer a great choice of colours in addition to classic brown and black.
I really believe in supporting local, family-run businesses, and TDP has more than earned my recommendation. If you’re looking for durable, eco-friendly outdoor furniture with excellent service, I highly recommend them. Five great big stars given from myself.
