Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, the 10% discount applies to Buy It Now listings only and cannot be used on eBay auction purchases. This was explained at the time, and we also provided evidence from eBay showing the code was not valid for auction format listings.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job selling my items, payment was prompt and across the board he managed to get great prices.
Would 100% return to him for both buying and selling, he took great photos of the items to boot
