De plaatsing van de warmtepomp verliep naar wens.
Het duurde langer dan was aangegeven. Vooral het boren was een probleem door het harde beton.
De communicatie was wat stroef door de taalbeheersing van de monteurs. Keurige jongens.
Harde werkers.

Monteur ging direkt aan de slag. Wist wat hij moest doen. Gaf op vragen gelijk tekst en uitleg.

warmtepomp… tc swiss
Wij zijn erg blij met onze warmtepomp van tc Swiss. Hij werk super. Het verwarmt en koelt het huis en warmwater is ook perfect. Wat wij ervaren hebben is ook dat de service erg goed is daar we een probleempje hebben gehad en gelijk werd opgelost wij raden dan ook dit product van harte aan. Mvg. Carla en René r

Vandaag onderhoud gehad van de…
Vandaag onderhoud gehad van de warmtepomp. Monteur Clifford heeft ons netjes verzocht onze ervaring te delen. Wij waren in het begin wat sceptisch maar na 2 jaar zijn we volledig overtuigd van de besparing en kwaliteit. De bediening is eenvoudig en ook de app is overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik.

Nooit problemen
Sinds 2023 een TC Swiss GT8 staan. Nooit problemen of storingen en zojuist het jaarlijkse onderhoud weer gehad. Super vriendelijk personeel en de warmtepomp heeft ons in 4 jaar al ruim €5500 bespaard ten opzichte van de stadsverwarming. Aanrader voor iedereen
