Town & Country Property Auctions Recensioni

It was a most professional experience from start to
finish.
Lloyd and Paul responded immediately to any
queries and made the whole process enjoyable.

I can highly recommend them and the organisation.

From the first time we went to view the property, right through to completion, Paul was superb. Everything went through seamlessly. Would highly recommend Town & Country. Andrew

Having been let down several times trying to sell our property the conventional way, we decided to auction it. We accepted a pre auction bid within days of it being advertised and completed in a fraction of the time of a conventional sale. Wish we had tried it earlier!

We have recently purchased our first House at auction through Town & Country.

It was quite stressful as we didn’t know what we were doing.

Paul Davies at Town and Country was a massive help he gave a lot of his time to us giving any information needed and also much needed advice.

I would thoroughly recommend this company.

House selling/buying can be stressful.
Mr Paul Davies at Town and Country is reassuringly calm, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazing experience. Thank you to all at Town and Country Property Auctions (especially Paul) for allowing me to own my dream property!

My sister and I had the challenging and upsetting task of selling my mother's property via an LPA after she had to go into a care home. We had no experience of selling at auction and the house had previously been on the market some time. Paul Davies and team helped us through the whole process with great professionalism.
Paul's knowledge and long experience of the local area and property market was invaluable. He always responded quickly and provided advice or information when needed. Not least, Paul's straightforward and kind support made dealing with the sale process as painless as it could be. Thank you Paul.

We sold a small commercial property with Town and Country auctions. The property had some complications involved with it but Paul and the team made everything so easy from our first meeting right up to the sale taking care of everything for us, we much appreciated his guidence and advice from his years of experience as we had never sold a property at auction before.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Town and Country to anyone wishing to have a personal, efficient and highly professional service.

Mr. Paul Davies was brilliant throughout. He liaised between the purchaser and myself, giving advice and help when required. Without him, the sale would not have gone through so smoothly. I can't thank him enough.

Paul and his team were extremely professional and helpful while supporting us through the auction of a family property. We felt we could rely on him to give us fair advice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have recently bought a property through Town & Country Property Auctions and my experence has been nothing short of excellent. I had never purchased a property through an auction before as I find it very daunting, but Paul guided me through the process expertly, efficiently and was always at the end of the phone to answer my many questions. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and we even completed early, which was great! Going forward this is the only way I am going to buy properties from now on.

Very professional and always kept me up to date with developments on my sale.

I’ve dealt with T&C both buying and selling and as a team they have always been upfront, arrive when they say they will and dealt with the whole process very professionally.

I would recommend Paul and his team without hesitation and look forward to maybe dealing with them again in the future.

Paul was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the auction of a relative's property. Process was very smooth and would recommend using their services.
