Town & Country Property Auctions Recensioni

terrible company to deal with having problems signing up refusing to view property very rude staff attitude problems

Very happy with these guys they delivered a big up to Denise who stayed with me till I had the money in the bank.

T&C are an amazing company, who went above and beyond when selling our house. Despite the procedure becoming drawn-out (due entirely to the buyer), they stayed in contact with us, chased solicitors, negotiated terms, made themselves available at short notice, even cancelled leave to get the sale completed. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service, always happy to answer any questions about the purchase of a property, I have recommended this company to a few people now who have also had great service, Denise went the extra mile so extremely grateful to her.

Thankyou to Tristan who made it possible to sell out flat great company efficient always available and highly recommended

The very first prospective buyer sent to me by Huw Jones from the Swansea office bought my property for £30,000 more than the reserve price. The five stars I have awarded reflect only that happy result and the consistently super-helpful and professional demeanour of Huw. I will certainly be recommending T & C to anyone who asks.

Regular, clear communication and advice.
Town and Country go out of their way to keep me informed of progress.
Their team are always friendly, courteous, professional and responsive and prioritise my requests for feedback.I have been impressed from day 1 of our working relationship.Joe and Jasmine have been my regular contacts and have been more than excellent. It is a pleasure to work with them

It was my first time bidding on a property via an auction. Specifically Lloyd was someone I asked many many questions & every single time I rang to ask about the process etc he was always patient, kind & no question(s) I asked he never made me feel silly to ask. He was excellent for anyone nervous about the auction process and always responded quickly. Also Paul was very helpful & kind too. If your considering an auction property & they are the auctioneers they are certainly a very respectable and very helpful place to get a property through. They are genuinely nice professional people that run this auctioneers 10/10 highly recommend.

Very good communication. It was always easy for me to get hold of people and when they couldn’t answer they called back promptly. Denise in particular give very objective and impartial advice. I felt she was really helping me sell, rather than just doing her job. The North West office were good, although a little last minute with some requests for paperwork. Earlier identification of the issues could have averted some last minute panic. One of the challenges was that the buyers lawyer was a bit of a charleton who was trying to string out the process. I guess this must happen quite a lot

Absolutely brilliant way to buy !
Jasmine couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive through the process. I am just so grateful to her , Joe and Hattie as Im now living in the most gorgeous cottage in a truly fantastic area : Im so happy and know it was totally through Jasmines efforts ( and some of my doggedness!) that I m settled

Huw at the Swansea office certainly knows the business . He explained the process and valuation clearly and honestly . Kept me informed throughout the process and achieved a good price . Wish I had taken this route earlier . Thankyou Huw

Sold my house in the last auction. Special thanks to Charlie in the Yorkshire team who was very helpful.

Really knowledgeable and helpful team at TCPA London. Highly recommended! Started with some no obligation advice and valuation. Got me a swift and secure sale within 28 days

Professional company and many thanks to Jordan and all the staff for their help, everything went great

I bought a house in the last auction and found the team very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend t&c to any property buyers.

Dealt with jordan for the first time buying. Great and professional

"caveat emptor" Latin for "let the buyer beware".
Absolutely awful ...
fixed £5k buyer to pay when everyone else does %
bought 10K property and still 5K to pay. reched out and no movement.
at the auction kept getting emails to register. i had. on auction day asked specific questions to them .. they couldn't answer. had to "get back to me"
they have policy that BUYER PAYS THE SELLERS FEES>!
great for seller. great for them as sellers give them business. YOU PAY FOR THAT !

Everything handled perfectly, with professionalism and client-focused personal service. It took the weight off my shoulders and delivered a good outcome with a minimum of fuss. Couldn't ask for anything more.

A really 5 star service, best communication I've ever had, always on hand to answer a question and help with a very quick completion.
Highly recommended.

Fast sale, great communication, felt looked after and overall a great service
