Sorry to hear you haven't receive your pacakage, we have investigated the cause and we can say that issue isn't with us as the package had been sent via Royal Mail on the day of purchase as receipts of the package being sent on the 19th of September have been found.
We greatly apologise for the issue and would like to offer a full refund if you wish.

Great prices, delivery and very kind customer service!
Very impressive service and hope to see them grow. While they didn't have the highest variety of items for sale I think they have enough and id like to see more in the future. What I did get came quickly and was packaged excellently, the staff I was in contact with were also incredibly kind and sound very sincere about their service.
Pricewise they're very fair and from what I've seen so far they're very open to discounts too. Very pleased to order from them and will again in the hopes they keep growing and providing an excellent service.

Tcg access is the site to buy from in the UK.
Upon placing my order, it arrived within a few days (as I live nearby) but still shipping is in a reasonable state for sure. Quality of products are high and excellent being durable sucj as their deck boxes, excellent pricing and a site I will continue to purchase from in future

Although it's not been an awful…
Although it's not been an awful experience, it's by no means been a good one.
This company was close to not even having stock despite it saying otherwise on their site.
They were not very informative with regards to shipping and i was expecting a pre release order to be ready to go and not have to wait nearly a week for my order. If i could do it again... Amazon all the way

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. We will try our best to improve.
The pre-order you had made was to be released on the 23rd, this is also mentioned on the product pages sorry if we didn't make this clear. This is the same day we had recieved stock from distributors and has already been dispatched on the same day.
In regards to stock, our allocations had been skewed as our distributor failed to meet demand of their clients. We wanted to give full transparency on the situation, hence the emails explaining the situation.
