Gorgeous handbags, beautifully wrapped and boxed.

Really lovely experience. It has been several years since we last visited so it was nice to see all the additions to the line. When we were told about the iPad covers, we had to buy one! Such a beautiful and inspiring story! We will be back this year. Still dream about how soft the leather is so I'm going to have to splurge on our next visit ;)

After much deliberation of which bag I would buy and several visits back to Northern Ireland, and a few chats with the very helpful ladies in the shop, Agnes ( in plum) became my new friend. I love the buttery leather and the colour palette that TY use in their bags. She is large enough for all my essentials for the day including my laptop
I hope Agnes will continue to be my friend for years to come

Bought an Iris Doris Clutch to spoil myself and wow am I in love!!! The leather is silky smooth and the colour is just stunning! The team are so helpful and lovely and it was sent out within the day! I was so excited when it arrived!

I absolutely adore my bag purchased for me in 2020 for my birthday. I usually change bags regularly but not now, I use my rucksack type bag all the time. I happened to get a water stain on it so I rang Taylor Yates. Oh my goodness, talk about helpful and very friendly, these ladies are wonderful. They suggested I post my bag to them to see if they could get the mark out. They did mostly but this is just an example of their customer care that is out of this world. I can't speak highly enough of this company!!!

The Taylor Yates team have a really genuine passion for their product and in helping the customer choose a luxury bag that will add a touch of class to an existing wardrobe. Their in store vibe is welcoming yet relaxed, packaging is fab and that soft leather is such a luscious treat! Really pleased with my mini Agnes in black ( perfect on my 5.3 frame) and my little blue cross body piece is an absolute gem for days when I want to carry the minimum. Very pleased with my purchases which I thought long and hard about!

The leather was so soft to the touch. The bag was lovely and I knew that it was for me.
The sales assistant was very efficient and had a nice manner. She explained where and how the bag was made etc.
I even found a lucky penny inside.
