We have a long history of serving our customers with the highest possible service from initial design inspiration all the way through to full fitting. Great customer services!
I placed my order and within 10 mins of doing so, I received an email to say that they had just sold out. I was informed that it would be 10-14 days before new stock arrived and did I want an immediate refund or was I happy to wait and they would continue to process my order. I decided to go ahead with the order anyway as I wasn't in any rush. Customer services kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to emails very quickly, usually within the hour. Pillows arrived and I am both happy with the service provided by Taylors, the product and the price, which was extremely competitive! Thank you Taylors I would certainly order from you again! 🙂

We had a little problem with a picture…
We had a little problem with a picture arriving with broken glass not from them[straight from manufacturer] Taylors dealt with it very quickly and the problem was resolved .The prices are very good compared to other sites/shops. The picture[The Library] is stunning.
I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND

defective packaging
packaging was damaged which in turn meant the clock was also damaged. not that bad that we wanted to return it but a small dent on clock face. This could have been avoided with a bit of extra bubble wrap/ packaging on clock face side

Suzanne was fantastic
Suzanne was fantastic. Original bed was a wrong size, no problem sorting to correct bed and obtaining different feet.
Bed ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Friday.
Best customer service ever, will not hesitate to use in future.
