We have a long history of serving our customers with the highest possible service from initial design inspiration all the way through to full fitting. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Replaced a picture that was slightly damaged in transit (couriers fault not theirs) without hesitation. Offered replacement free of charged. A joy to deal with compared to many other similar businesses. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again.

THOMAS KENT CLOCK.
I purchased a Thomas kent clock, upon delivery the clock front was smashed to pieces, I contacted the company through email and spoke to a lady called suzanne she was really helpful and said she would get a new clock sent out to me. She kept me informed as when it would arrive. It arrived within 2 days. I will definitely use this company again. Great customer service. Thankyou.
