Chris & Suzy Cocks Recensioni

Just writing to express my disappointment with this company. We purchased 4 clematis and only one has survived. I have sent the company emails with no response at all.
We had taken time to prepare, plant and look after the plants including protecting from wildlife yet they still failed. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Thank you Chris and Suzy, my clematis (third one) has arrived safely and, as always, is superb quality.

After visiting three reputable local garden centres looking for a Florida Sieboldii Clematis without success, I decided with trepidation to buy one on-line and the plant that I ordered last week from Taylors Clematis of Doncaster arrived yesterday and I am absolutely delighted with it in every respect, its very fresh condition and the way is it was very safely packed.
I have to say I have bought quite a few plants/shrubs in the past from various on-line sources with most arriving wilted or worse and I have not managed to keep any surviving!.
This Sieboldii plant is different and has already made me a Clematis addict planning to grace my garden with more.
Thank you Taylor Clematis

I have just received my order & am very impressed with the condition of the plant & the way it was packed so securely. I have had to buy several plants online & can honestly say this clematis is the biggest specimen I have received & in the best condition of all of them. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Clematis & will be buying any new plants from them if I need them.

My two clematis Arabella and Amber arrived beautifully packed and ready to plant. Arabella was in bud and is now a month later in full flower. Amber is excelling herself. She has put on at least a metre in growth and although she is not expected to flower just yet opened her first flower today 13 July. Could not be more delighted

Excellent service ; plants arrived securely packed and looking as fresh as the day they left Taylors . We have a very large and expensive Garden Centre locally but have not seen comparable specimens there ! Use Taylors and you will not be disappointed .

Bought numerous times from this specialist nursery & you can see the care they take with their clematis plants. Great choice.
Latest arrived today in perfect condition. Can't wait for it to flower ... it is very nearly there

These are stunning clematis plants, grown in Yorkshire and matured for 2 years. They're very reasonably priced for the size and quality of the plants, so excellent value for money. The 5 clematis I ordered were impressively well packed (not an easy task!), so no plant damage was sustained during transit and the delivery was super-fast. Fabulous customer service from Chris, who was very helpful and friendly, with quick email replies. My delivery was expedited at no extra cost, as the plants were required at short notice, in time for a special occasion. An all round great service and highly recommended by a very happy customer... thank you Taylor's Clematis!

The 5 clematis arrived very fast, in amazing condition - full growth and full bloom, with no damage to any of the tender shoots etc. The vertical box was absolutely fit for purpose and the carrier ensured it arrived the right way up, carefully handled throughout. The plants are all beautifully grown. Thank you so much.

So many times I've looked for good specimens and end up with a pale leaved, small rooted plant which takes years to start to thrive. The lush leaves on this product and the hearty root system assures me that they will shoot up when placed in good soil, and flower well this season. Great product, helpful staff, very well packed plants!

Have bought odd clematis here & there over the years from Taylors & plants have all been brilliant. Quick well packed deliveries ensuring the plants arrive in tiptop condition all ready to plant out.

Seven clematis plants arrived on day one of a two-day window (excellent tracking). The plants are in an excellent condition and are comfortably mature to plant out. The website made it easy to select varieties by flowering season, colour and aspect. I had brilliant plants from Taylors a few years ago and have ordered this batch for a new garden.

Wonderful mature plants. Very reasonable. Same price delivery for any quantity. Delivery date as promised. Looked everywhere for late bloom clematis at a good price but found Taylors. Little firm but very professional. Could filter screen into categories, vigorous, late bloom, colour etc. Plants arrived so secure I had trouble getting out, not even a broken leaf. Would not go anywhere else for clematis.

Website is well-designed and easy to navigate. Buying a plant by mail-order can be hit and miss, but Taylors offered great communication throughout the process, and the plant I bought was really well-packaged and was vigorous and healthy. Recommended.

First class service, excellent choice of new varieties of Clematis, delivery on time and excellent packaging, when planted you need to carefully cut the green plastic ties and tease out the leaders as they have been folded back fo shipping, 2 of my last order were actually 6 feet high and about to flower, so pleased I’ve just sent in another order for 4 more.

Been wary about ordering plants online as so many disappointments, but my plants from Taylor's arrived safely well packed & lots of healthy growth. Fab selection of varieties too.

Absolutely fabulous service from Taylor’s Clematis. Stunning healthy plants, arrived in first class condition and no wonder the packing ensured the plants arrived in outstanding condition.
Really wonderful to find a business that really cares. Will always use in the future. Can’t recommend highly enough.

4 beautiful clematises arrived by courier yesterday. All absolutely stunning. Extremely healthy plants in tip-top condition. Packaged very carefully. I also got great, personalised, advice on which would be the best type of clematis to buy for my garden which was invaluable and very much appreciated! I wholeheartedly recommend this great company. Thank you for my wonderful plants.

Hi Chris and Suzy, just wanted to let you both know that my order of 2 clematis sent to my home address (177 White Farm, Barry CF62 9EW) arrived safely today.

I certainly appreciated the care you put into them during packaging making them secure during transit. I also appreciated how healthy both plants were during unpacking.

Thanks for including a catalogue and I know who to turn to in future when selecting other clematis for our garden.

I am a very satisfied customer, wishing you all the very best for a bright future.

I’m a recent customer with Taylor’s. Their expertise with clematis is clear from their Chelsea successes, but the quality of their plants and the professionalism of their ordering, packaging and delivery process is of the same outstanding quality.
