It's the personal service that makes the difference
I was offered a free will writing service through my workplace. We met with Jonathan who was simply lovely. Excellent at explaining everything and helping us to negotiate a complicated will and trust. We did have to pay for the trust but at a reduced rate. If our situation had been more straight-forward we wouldn't have needed to. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lucas, especially Jonathan!!

Will Writing service…
We used the Will Writing service through my employer. Jonathan Taylor was our advisor. He was professional, explained everything clearly and made sure we understood. He was very helpful giving us different options to consider & his delivery of the service made us feel at ease & reassured. We felt listened to & our choices respected. I would recommend using the service.

Professional service
Charlotte was thorough and professional during the whole will writing process. She explained each aspect thoroughly and dealt with sensitive issues with care and compassion. She offered other services but was not at all pushy. I would highly recommend The Taylor Lucas Partnership for will writing and legal services.

Calm, patient and effective
Charlotte created a will for us. She handled each of our questions patiently. Talking about death can be uncomfortable, but she remained calm and focused throughout. The hard copies of our will reached us within days of us finalising it. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We are very happy and satisfied with our Will and the way process was handled. Amanda explained the whole procedure which was straightforward, professionally managed, and explained everything clearly every step of the way. We had put this off for too long, Amanda reassured us both and everything was completed efficiently, giving us confidence and peace of mind.
