Taylor Lucas Partnership Recensioni

Will-writing service and LPA documents referral through my company. Excellent service. Extremely efficient process. Clear instructions to me on what to do. Friendly and helpful assistance. Highly professional. I especially liked that possible legal snags were identified and options presented. This is the value of having the pros do it. 5* appreciation for Amanda.

So friendly, expert advice and made very easy to understand.

Great and attentive service from Erin. She was polite, professional and very organised.

Brilliant service, Lottie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Made the whole process easy. Thank you for helping with such important documents.

Used the free will writing service and then added a couple of extras. Really good service, moving appointments around to suit our needs. Couldn't ask for more. Jasmine and Emily were both really friendly and professional. Thanks again!

I used the free will service through my employer. Jonathan talked me through everything clearly and concisely and made the whole experience as easy as possible. Would highly recommend their services.

What I thought was going to be a daunting an emotional task was made so easy. Jasmine's warm and friendly personality made us feel at ease. Explaining everything in her down to earth style made it all easy to understand and make sense of.

Used the free will service through my employer. Lottie Heesom was our advisor, and she made the experience easy and pleasant. She explained the process, took us through it efficiently and was polite and friendly. Couple of other offers tagged on, which were optional, but made good sense to talk about in conjunction with the will. Thanks Lottie!🙂

Thomas was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process so straight forward and stress free. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful on things we had not thought of. We are very happy to deal with and recommend Thomas Gilliam and the team at Taylor Lucas to family and friends. Thank you

Amanda was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with regarding our Wills. She explained everything clearly and in detail, answered all of our questions, and was very thorough throughout the process. We would highly recommend her!!

Johnathan was very professional he explained everything clearly and was not pushy with any upselling , so much so I have referred a family member to the company.

Very easy and of course professional as one would expect. All done with pre meeting questionnaire and then using Microsoft Teams meetings. Everything explained in layman’s language. Highly recommended.

I used the service through a benefit at my work. I can highly recommend the the will writing service. In particular I would like to thank Erin who made the process very smooth and made me feel at ease. Fantastic customer service!

Very professional but friendly. We dealt with Jonathan Lucas who couldn't have been more helpful. Very satisfied and we have taken out the long term will storage and management option accordingly.

Just completed our Will with our advisor Thomas Gilman, advice was really good and put in layman's terms so we understood, very smooth and easy process and a really nice guy.

We used Taylor Lucas for our wills and lasting power of attorney, they were recommended by the company i work for in our benefit book, from start to finish they were so good, we filled out a form and Thomas called us over face time and it was all done in two sessions, Thomas was so helpful and answered any questions we had, it was made so simple to do and i would recommend them to anyone, thank you Thomas for making it all so simple for us

Very friendly and efficient service, I was able to get everything wrapped up easily within 30 mins.

Always very helpful and with an understanding of client needs and requirements.

Would recommend to friends and family for any Wills.

Erin was lovely and professional and helped make this process super clear. All my questions were answered, and I cannot recommend their approach enough. This subject can be bewildering and of a sensitive nature, but Erin was warm, open, friendly and knowledgeable to ensure that I was completely satisfied with every step. Thank you so much Erin.

I have utilised Taylor Lucas as a benefit from my employers and they have been amazing, first we completed a fact find over the phone followed by an hour via teams. The will writer explained everything in great detail helping me to make the best choices for me. I would highly recommend this firm and look forward to receiving my copy of the will whilst knowing they will securely store it for me. Everyone’s a winner, except me of course as I’ll be gone. 😊
