My experience with this company made an already very distressing and stressful situation even worse.

At first, they were very responsive, but once they had my money, I could never reach them on the phone. Messages were left unanswered, and I lost count of how many times I called asking for someone to call me back, they never did.

They then took more money from me to instruct the bailiffs (more than what was originally discussed), telling me they would get things moving early so I could have a head start in case the tenant didn't leave within the 14 days. It turns out they didn't apply for the bailiffs when they said they would. It was actually weeks later.

I only found this out when the court contacted me directly asking for payment to instruct the bailiffs.

They couldn't even get my tenant's title correct on the paperwork, it says Ms when it should say Mr.

The email correspondence rarely answered everything I was asking, and the amount of energy it took constantly chasing them just to get a simple answer was exhausting. Even then, the answers seemed to change depending on who I spoke to.

This was already an incredibly stressful situation involving trying to regain possession of my home, and instead of feeling supported through the legal process, dealing with this company added considerably more stress to it.

I haven't had the mental space yet to deal properly with everything that happened after possession, but I fully intend to take this further than simply leaving a review.

Further to this review I wanted to add after ready a reply I did submit a complaint that wasn’t taken seriously and not answered satisfactory.

Great services, received legal documents same day. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ADAM IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WIRKS HERE THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON CALLED ZACK! ADAM WILL ONLY SPEAK TO YOU TO GET YOUR BUSINESS ONLY SPEAKS TO NEW CLIENTS! ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEN HE IGNORES ALL YOUR CALLS, EMAILS AND THEN BLOCKS YOU FROM HIS MOBILE NUMBER WHICH HE GIVES YOU AT THE START! I REGRET USING THIS COMPANY AND LOST MY CASE BECAUSE OF THE ERRORS ADAM MADE!

The single worst, most unprofessional business I have ever used. Absolutely do not use this business. Zak in particular will happily take your business, however will not act professionally, will not call you back. I was not provided with information that I should have been, resulting in no legal representation in court. I have spent hours of my life trying to get my court fee refunded. They use an outsourced call answering service and never call you back. Outrageous that after trying to convey my dissapointment and frustration to Zak, I had to argue with him as he couldn’t understand the simplest of my points. Avoid at all costs. Waste of time and money.

Avoid at all costs!...and ignore all the positive reviews as I suspect they are fake.

I could have written all the negative reviews here myself, they summarise my experience. Very quick to take your money and then you don't hear from them. Never answer the calls, never come back. I've wasted so much money before I've decide to engage the High Court bailiffs myself as they wasted my time not submitting any paper work, not paying the court. They failed to provide evidence when I asked and wasted me about 7 weeks of not being able to evict my non paying tenant.

Absolute scammers, praying on people's desperation.

My advice is, do it yourself. You can apply to the courts yourself and find a solicitor yourself. You don't need these scumbags.
