A brilliant team of vets that we have known for a long time. You could not find a better practice. My friends have taken dogs there from a long distance when they needed a second opinion.
No need to go anywhere else.

Katy, David, Laurie, Annette and all the team work effectively together and share communication. This means care is cohesive and genuine. They all know the relevant information. They are highly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable with a thoughtful and sensitive approach. You and your pet are treated as an individual and, even though they were clearly busy today, they took the time to reassure, ensured we understood the advice and even helped us navigate the complexities of pet insurance! Annette actually made insurance seem simple! Magic!
They all clearly wanted the best for our faithful dog and this reduced our stress and reassured us. Katy listened carefully and used the information we conveyed about our dog’s character to ensure they provided excellent personalised care.
We were confident we were leaving her with competent professionals.
We appreciated Laurie’s photo of our dog post surgery, looking relaxed and calm! Colour coding the meds & instructions was a thoughtful adjustment for our specific needs as a family and helps empower everyone to care for our dog with understanding and clarity. Thanks for caring about the humans too! Really brilliant.

Great visit with my dog today. Staff were kind, caring, friendly and my boy even got a cheeky treat from the lovely chloe. Lovely clean space, everyone very professional. Cannot fault them at all

Changed vets as I felt current vets was more about making money, my first visit with Taylors I felt was the first time where it was more about care than costs. I gave a review regarding cold treatment when I called Taylor vets,I recieved a fast reply from the director,he called me on phone and sincerely apologised and said he would bring the subject up at staff meeting/training and that it should not have happened,I appreciate phone call and apology,and quick response.Thank you.

So thankful to taylors vets for the help and advice for our German Sheperd Skye , The vetenerians are so thorough and even gave follow up call, so very appreciative. Reception staff really helpful to, can be very expensive so recommend the pet plan service have used this practice for around 15 years, and would recommend 🐾

Always feel our dogs are in safe hands. Staff are really friendly and kind and the vets extremely knowledgable and happy to give you as much time as you need, talking through various treatment options if necessary. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would thoroughly recommend Taylors vets. All the vets we’ve met and all the nurses, receptionists etc have been so kind to us. We have just had a very sad time having had both of our dogs put to sleep. The vets came out to our home within the hour, we were kept updated by the receptionists when they were leaving. They dealt with the whole horrible affair with such kindness. They were totally brilliant!
