Signed up weeks ago went through every step told be in my account within two days.... two weeks later and multiple emails to support team with no response Ive still no rebate or response from them
100٪ don't recommend if your going with a rebate company go with Irish tax rebate athy co. Kildare cheaper and legit

They changed my bank details to their. I have no clue how they got my details . I sent them 2 emails I want my tax back asap

I have been emailing these people for the last few days and still no reply and no contact number for them. Don't know what to do

I didnt register with this company too. i removed them from my revenue but still revenue paid them!! also i tried contacting this online tax rebate so many times now by email and no response in terms of my refund. their address is fake too. Revenue said they cant do anything. I contacted ombusdman, CCPC, made complaint to revenue but i'm not sure what will be the outcome. can anyone who has got the money back advise ways and means please

I am not having a good experience at all so far. Firstly I thought this company was affiliated to Revenue.ie but you are not so I mistakenly signed up to you for my tax rebate.
I have had no luck receiving my refund to date. I have sent in my details and still nothing.
I think you should perhaps give a phone service to the customers as 30 % is a lot to take from the service.

Like everybody here I dont recall signing up with them and they were not responding so I also thought it was a scam. I literally HARASSED them, emailing them twice a day for a week and it worked. I got my tax refund yesterday. They take 30% which is too much so I dont think I will ever sign up again with them but good to know they are not scammer!

Please please be aware of this company they take your tax back at 30% nightmare to deal with the only way you can contact them is through email and they don’t email back for days!! I have complained them to the Revenue! My husband and myself were due tax back and they took all of our money at 30%. Ghost company no way of contacting them, they say they are based in Ireland but are based in Uk! Please please be aware and have no dealings with online tax rebate at all costs!!!

After never telling me that somehow they have signed up as my agent, I had found out through revenue when my refund never came through. It has taken numerous emails to get 70 % back. I have spoken to a lawyer filled a data protection claim and today I have filled a theft report online to the guards. Please do the same if this was your case, they need to be brought to justice.

Dishonest company avoid using at all costs.

Customer service is shocking. They only answer by email in which case you may be waiting weeks for a response. They claim to be working from citywest in Dublin, however they are in fact located in the UK. I contacted Marie Mulligan from the revenue commissioner office who got it sorted for me. They will contact revenue back asap but not their customers.

These people are thieves. First of all, do not confuse them with the other tax rebate company. These fools have a green logo. These scammers wont pay you your tax rebate.. Do not use their services—they will not give you your money. I wonder how they are able to operate like this while Revenue remains unconcerned.

Absolute thieves I have no idea how they managed to get into my revenue then stop 30% of my rebate - Complete scammers have reported them to the Revenue - Gaurd's next. Office address is some kind of digital hub, no name or number to contact.
Check your revenue profiles and kick them off if they are there. Very concerned about my data they have my IDS

I contacted revenue and they said it's nothing to do with them..
How can revenue keep funding this scam of a company knowing what they are like..it's a disgrace.. have revenue checked there incoming out going finances, I doubt it..
This company are complete theives, scamming everyone...

These companies have to register with the Inland Revenue as a 'legitimate " agent for tax rebates.
My advice, contact the Inland Revenue and explain your situation.
They can contact the company directly.

DON'T GIVE UP!
That's what these companies want. And yes, there are several of them out there.
If you keep going after them, you'll be letting them know that you're not going away and will eventually get your refund.

STAY AWAY!! Absolute scam of a company. I rang Revenue about my tax refund and they have sent it to this company and they never contacted me to say they received it. I also never gave them permission to change their bank details on my revenue account. Revenue said my tax refund has been sent and there is nothing they can do. I am so upset as this company has received my €400 tax refund. I have contacted the Ombudsman and I would encourage everyone else to do the same in order to get this company banned. I cannot understand how they are able to operate!! Please stay away as so many people have been scammed out hundreds of euro. They also will not reply to any emails and have no contact no.

Like many other reviewers here, I have no recollection of allowing this fraudulent company access my account details on the Irish Revenue website. I changed the details to my personal account and it was changed back again. As a result of them being listed as the account holder, I could not receive my full tax refund. They took 30% which was approximately €109. An absolute scam! Please be aware of this crowd and they have no phone number or web chat service available for complaints

Can I ask every person that has had a bad experience with online taxrebate Camden Street Dublin. Please forward your complaints to Charlie Weston at the Irish Independent. He writes the financial guides etc and is often on Today FM. Hopefully he may be able to call this company and others like them from what they are.

Report to financial ombudsman through official website. Terrible service. Waiting for my rebate for over 3 weeks now, although they stated it will take 2-4 days to proceed with payment. They stating they are registered in Ireland, but using Belgium IBAN to get your money. Giving up emailing them about my payments as they do not reply.

UPD after pr9viding my AIB and Revolut bank statements they keep sending me the same message that the payment bounced back which is obvious lie as I had never had such issues with my banks.

Filing an official compliant tomorrow and replacing their IBAN on Revenue.

Hi guys, this company has scammed me out of my tax rebate. I changed me details back to my own bank but they have since changed it back. I am so upset and don’t know what to do. Has anyone given them their iban or received any of their money back?

How can online tax rebate log on to Revenue and put there bank details on without any authorisation. They have requested a refund on my behalf and the refund has been sent to a Belguim account. I have logged a query on Revenue. But reading below, did anyone ever get there money back? How are Revenue not doing anything about it

Worst service! Don’t use their services. What they did to me is highly immoral.

I didn’t give them authorisation and they didn’t remove their bank details from my account. They removed my bank details from my revenue account without letting me know. Poor services! I request my refund
