This company may have worked for some, but it was a scam for me or scam like. I bought three shelving units in July of this year 2025, it is now October and they are still not here and they keep telling me they have been delivered. I have no proof that they were delivered anywhere, they do not provide that. They have no customer service department or phone number to call. I should have looked into them more before ordering. They keep telling me that I need to check with family and neighbors to see if they took them. These are BIG items, not easily missed, none of my neighbors have seen anything like this at my house or took them. I had to go to my bank eventually and dispute the charges because they will not refund me. I warn people do not use this company, there are other shops that are more reliable.

I filed a consumer report with the FTC and I also went into my bank and filed a claim of fraud for the transaction. Here is what I stated to the FTC:
Placed an order on 8/12/2025 for some shelving. Was marked shipped and got a tracking number on 8/13/2025 that looked a lot like a UPS shipping number, however on cross reference with UPS, it was not found in their system. After a couple weeks, I looked up tracking via a link on my order and it said it was delivered and signed for on 8/28/2025 to my home. Of course, I never got it. So I wrote support at the email on my order for support and started recieving replies from this email them.
They first gave me the run around, having me send the order number, all of my information, and redirecting me over and over. Things like we can only help if you give us the order number (I included it in every
correspondence), check with neighbors, on and on. They insisted that it was delivered. Finally, when I insisted on a refund, they said they had already shipped a replacement on 9/15/2025, they replied to my request for a refund by saying they had already shipped a replacement. I waited a bit, then on 9/22/2025, I wrote for a tracking number because nothing had come once again.
They replied with a tracking number again: Your replacement package has been successfully delivered! Waybill number:
ZA02330296201 Tracking link. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will follow up with you throughout the process. Wishing you a smooth delivery! Of course I did not recieve my items once again. So I wrote them
today, 9/23/2025 and said so, and asked that they refund my money. I know it is not much money to be out, but its the principal.
I have all the email correspondence, and I just want to report this so that no one else uses their site: tax free shopping NOT! and falls for the same run around and fraud!

I had the same experience as Elaine. I bought the Buy 2 Get 2 Free Pop-It 4-Tier Heavy Duty Racks and emailed them about not receiving them. The delivery had the nerve to have chatgpt for Zuozhanex responding saying it was delivered with a history of shipping starting from China with m.17track supposedly tracking my shipping. They got $104.74 from me! How could I be so stupid to fall for this!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I'll never get my money back or the goods.

This site is running as QVC Outlet, which it is not. It is a company in Singapore. The site URL is taxefreeshopping with an E after tax. The email address to return an item has no phone number. If you have questions, send an email to support at tax efree shopping. At the bottom it states that this MATTE BLACK PTE. LTD. Nothing matches like most shops. I would not buy anything from them. Beware. I was looking at collapsible racks to buy 2 get 2 free, which should bring up a red flag. On the credit card it Then on the Credit card it is Laverne company? Which is yet another website. When googling, Laverne, in Saudi Arabia, only has perfume on the site. On Trustpilot, it is listed as household, perfume, and clothing store. The Laverne return page is only for the 966 area code as the required matching phone number. You can't request a return according to the steps on any of the sites. For Laverne, you must have WhatsApp to communicate with them. I feel so stupid for ordering from here. I
