While they were pleasant to deal with the pricing for the work required (which was minimal in my case) was extortionate, even going as far as to say I would pay more yearly to cover their staff wage increases and training. Never heard anything like that in my life. Safe to say I took my business elsewhere!

Hi Roxanne, we are confident that the quote provided was reasonable for the work required. Our prices are benchmarked and competitive within the market. While it may be possible to engage with other accounting firms for a lower fee we feel that the service we provide far outweighs the pricing difference. Should you find the service elsewhere is not suited to your needs then we would of course be happy to meet with you again.
Fantastic service, professional, human, kind and helpful
I was really happy with my experience at tax assist. They instantly put me at ease and I felt in good hands as I have never had to do an income tax return before as a sole trader.
