Great but wrong date.

Chocolate bouquet was fantastic but delivered on the incorrect date selected. Was meant to be the 3rd Feb but was delivered on the 30th Jan.

Delivery miss the deadline

Delivery miss the deadline. It supposed to be delivered on 22 Jan and still haven’t received the delivery. I’m truly disappointed with the service.

The order took 24 hrs to arrive

The order took 24 hrs to arrive. It was then left at a closed reception after hours at a hospital. I was not happy with the standard email response I received when I followed up with Tastebuds the next morning. Will not use again.

The order was fulfilled within the same…

The order was fulfilled within the same day so was reliable. Though I was home did not hear the door knock, the parcel was left at the front door and an email with photo was sent. since it was a hot day and it was chocolates, it was luck that I saw the email quickly.

Excellent way to send gift to family etc.

Easy site to build a box and prompt delivery. Recipients were impressed. Would like a few more chocolate options for build a box. More flavours other than nuts,etc. Maybe mint, honeycomb?

Delivered 2 days after they were ordered

I ordered on 14/1/25 for express delivery 15/1/25, wasn't delivered till 16/1/25! The birthday was 15/1/25.
You can't tell those chocolates were refrigerated for the two it took to get there? Very disappointed.

Big request delivered on time

I ordered the hamper on Sunday and it was delivered to Dallyellop in WA in just two days! I paid express delivery for a few extra dollars! When I first was notified by the courier they said it would take 8 days which upset me but it turned out very well! The hamper was well presented! Thanks
