I am so happy with my purchase ☺️

I liked the choices I had which meant I could send a little surprise ‘treat’ gift to my mum without breaking the bank and there was nothing in the little hamper that she didn’t like. Products were fantastic quality and beautifully presented.
What I really appreciated is that I wasn’t spammed with a hundred emails afterwards - that shows real customer courtesy. Five stars from me well deserved.

My order was delivered quickly and the packaging used was excellent. I had two fridge products that were packed in a cool back with a frozen block. The balance of my order was in a straw material which held the glass products. The box they were in was made of polystyrene and secured with tape. I have yet to use the products, but I am sure they will meet my expectations.

I ordered the pepperberry salts which I have been able to buy at Taronga zoo before now. Delivery was fast and I love the product. Taking it home to uk as gifts.

Do not buy from this company - if I could only give "zero stars" that would be my rating. The reason for our very low rating of this company is that they sold us several expired fish products, posted at my expense as as Express Parcel, but the parcel was still 2 weeks in transit, it arrived luke-warm, strongly smelling of fish, and the entire content (smoked eel, salmon pates, tartar sauce) was completely decomposed and entirely inedible.

I immediately contacted the vendor, asked for an explanation why this could happen and a replacement of the expired and decomposed goods - no response until today, A day later I contacted them again and just asked for my purchase price of AUD 119.50 to be refunded - again, no response. We neither got a replacement, nor a refund, and are now sitting on increasingly stinking products that we are keeping as evidence until the matter is resolved (if ever). Very, very disappointing !

This entire conduct and behaviour in my view is completely inappropriate for a vendor who prides itself on great customer service ("nada" in my view) and the ability to provide its customers with about 1,500 mostly gourmet products - there was nothing "gourmet" about our rotten fish products, and essentially I paid 120 Australian Dollars for junk.

I leave it up to the reader to make up his / her mind about this "gourmet" online store, but recommend to stay away from them, as their entire operation seems to be a rip-off.

Tasmanian Gourmet products are wonderful and make great gifts; the company are efficient and deliveries made promptly; staff have been very helpful when I have needed to make a change to order details; our friends love receiving baskets from Tasmanian Gourmet!

New season truffles excellent - the perfect accompaniment with scrambled egg. The wonderful texture of the thinly grated slices from the whole were earthy and everything one would expect. The cool packaging saved my truffles as Australia Post failed to deliver the package and dumped it at a post office where it was shelved and not refrigerated despite the large clear coloured label saying to keep refrigerated. Find a better delivery company for first grade products!

I cannot believe how quickly my order was delivered and how well packed it was. It goes without saying that the cheeses were delicious and I will certainly be reordering soon. Both the jam and marmalade were delicious and it was so nice that they had flavour instead of just tasting of sugar.

I love buying the Tasmanian products, especially as gifts, quality is excellent, taste is always superb, service from Tasmanian Gourmet is always very professional, delivery is very quick. I would highly recommend everything. I have been buying from here for many years, makes feel like home.

I’m more than happy with the service and amazing hamper I ordered for my husband’s birthday day.
It arrived quickly and all the cold produce was in perfect condition, I feel it would probably have been alright should there have been a delay in delivery. Wonderful quality everything as good as it looks on line and a wonderful way to experience Tasmania treats at home. My husband was more than pleased and the pickle onions the best he’s tasted. I cannot recommend them enough.
