The beautiful box of Tasmanian cherries were delivered promptly and arrived carefully packaged with cooler, protective added to keep the cherries fresh.

Excellent produce and excellent service. This must be about my 6th purchase and I am more than happy with everything. Very highly recommended.

The cherries were excellent, firm and delicious. Hint - take them out of the fridge about an hour before you plan to eat them, quick rinse, they have more flavour after warming up.
Smoked salmon was also very good, a bit short on best before date.
My wife didn’t like the mussels very much. Probably prefers them in oil.
We’ve ordered more cherries.

The delivery of the large red and juicy cherrie was with 2 days so they arrived very fresh in their ice pacs. Have ordered more for Australia Day celebration as these cherries are enormous and so much more tasty than shop purchased varieties.

HE STOLE MY MONEY AND TRY INTIMIDATION ON THE PHONE
The seller told me the parcel will arrive by Tuesday morning, paid $22.50 for express delivery, but it actually arrived on Wednesday afternoon at 36 degrees Celsius, rendering the contents unacceptable for consumption. The delivery person told me it was sent via ordinary post and were not aware of the express delivery request. I believe this breach of agreement entitles me to a refund.
He has my money and that's ok with me now, because that kind of person is not worse me getting upset over it.

I chose your store because there was a lot of choice but that is not the reality.
I wanted to be delivered to Sydney because they were gifts. I was organized to order in advance, on December 17th, it was not for Christmas but before January 3rd. The order never arrived. I had to bother you several times during your vacation to finally get answers. But not the right answers because there wasn't everything I wanted to buy even though my ENTIRE order had been paid for!
I had to rush to the suburbs of Sydney to buy what I wanted.
No need to notify me about availability because it's too late and you have disappointed me a lot and above all the post office works very poorly in Caledonia and what's more there are taxes on alcohol on arrival. This is why I wanted to receive and return the products myself
Finally I find that your attitude is unprofessional and next time I will buy elsewhere!

The experience of buying honey online was fantastic. I wanted to order my daughter, who lives in Sydney, a hamper of quality Tasmanian goods and this hamper did not disappoint. All the items were nicely presented and the quality of the items were excellent. The products were things I know and from regions I am familiar with so I knew what I was expecting quality wise. My daughter was delighted. My hamper was express posted the week before Christmas and arrived within two days of being posted. I can highly recommend this company.

Product is excellent quality arrived quickly and packaged extremely well. My Japanese daughter-in-law was thrilled to receive the Wasabi.

The food arrived cold and was generally excellent. However, one of the items did have an expiry date in about a month, which was disappointing. I might also recommend they create a way to have some idea when your order will ship. I placed the order many weeks in advance, but as we approached our Christmas leave date, I had to write and ask them to be sure to send it soon, as I was about to travel on 21 Dec. They did so promptly, so all was fine, but a window for delivery would be nice. Otherwise, this is my second order with them and I do recommend them.

The pudding was lovely, wonderful fragrance and easy to prepare, it went down a treat.
