Initially disappointed the rise & fall table didn’t work however extremely happy how the support team & Dean in the gardening dept responded to resolve the issue. Thank you

Received fabulous table and chairs

Received fabulous table and chairs, at a brilliant price, never thought of buying furniture from Taskers , my mistake, excellent service from start to finish, staff in the store really knowledgeable and friendly, and delivery men, wonderful put the table and chairs together in no time, will definitely be visiting the store soon , the staff are definitely men a credit to the company,

Still no response about incorrect…

Still no response about incorrect order. Console table legs and coffee table top. Ordered on 15th Nov, delivery mistake on 3rd December and it feels like they don’t even care or want to resolve.

I can see we have not received a response to our last email confirming we are able to collect the items as they were delivered incorrectly at no charge to yourself, or we can arrange for the correct item to be sent.

Fantastic service

The two delivery men were friendly and professional. They took great care of the new sofa being delivered. The sofa was unpacked, assembled and the packaging removed. A seamless service. I would not hesitate in recommending Taskers to friends and family.

I have been shopping here for 6 months…

I have been shopping here for 6 months and can honestly say I have never had any item that has disappointed me they have been exactly what I have seen advertised packaging it always expertly done nothing arrived damaged looking forward to the savings on prices that's nearly all discounted thank you for your services

27 weeks for a new dirty corner unit

Paid for a corner unit back in 8 September went over the said delivery date I asked for my money back they paid the money into my account then had a phone call off Patric say your corner is in the container so I gave them the money back straight away.
I rang back in December to see where we was with a delivery date and was told they gave my corner unit to some one else.
Then they told me because they gave me my money back I would have to wait another 12 weeks .
I rang customer service to see where my corner unit was on the 6 February nearly 18 weeks later .
I called into Tackers several times to see if the corner unit was still on display I asked the shop assistant could we have the one on display and he said no .
When I rang back they said my corner unit has just been delivered.
They said it would be delivered at 6 in the morning on the Friday.The delivery van turned up at 8,15 they brought the cushions in all lose not even rapped up because it was raining the lose cushions was all wet .
One of the cushions was dirty on the bottom like been well used.
I rang customer service to see if this was the display corner unit she said no so I went to the shop and the unit was no longer on display.
I rang back and told them this does not like new and told me it is so I asked her why was it not wrapped up she told me is was new .
I said if this was true did it arrive in the container like this
She seem to to be anxious to get me off the phone.
They owed me £100 and they sent it back in shop vouchers when they said it would be cash .
I am sorry to this day I ever dealt with this company nearly 27 weeks for my sofa .

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear of the delay with your order. We did not give your corner unit to someone else. When you cancel the order, the stock gets automatically reassigned to the next customer who is waiting, and when you re-ordered, this was a completely new separate order.

We still have the display item on display in store, it has just been moved which is why you may have missed it. When you were on the phone, our customer service advisor mentioned that our delivery service includes the removal of all packaging and this is why they came into the property unwrapped, although they were wrapped when they were on the van.

I can assure you that you have not received a display unit and we are still awaiting your batch label to further show you that it is definitely not a display one (you also stated you had a picture of the store batch label from when you purchased it so comparing this will show you have not received the display).

Helpful staff in store.

Helpful staff in store.
Item out of stock but ordered online and delivered quickly.
Item reduced in price in sale making the purchase worthwhile.
Highly recommend Taskers for certain items especially when they have a sale!

Quite an easy order and delivery.

Contacted Taskers a few times in regards to when the order would arrive.
It was due end of December but due to the manufacturing it never arrived until February that would be the only issue but this was out of there hands.
Delivery guys were a great help

never bought from taskers before but i went on almost at the end of the january sale omg i wish i had found out about it when the sale first started i bought quite alot of tree decorations for myself and my 2 daughter in laws they were all reduced from 7 to 8 pound down to 1.00 and 1.50 and so many colours to choose from and so many different items i will be looking again this christmas i love it

Super service, girl on wallpaper section new her stuff got me exactly what i wanted ,despite me getting it wrong.
not a one off visited twice same faultless service.
