Super helpful staff with great customer service. As a major purchase we wanted to make sure we were happy with all aspects of our choice of sofa and Daniel gave us all the help and detail we needed. Can’t wait now for it to arrive!

From the start of this buying journey we were greeted by Paul. Paul wasl exceptionally helpful,polite and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he is a great asset to your sales force and company. Based on his knowledge and expertise is what persuaded us to buy the furniture that we did.

Great knowledgeable customer service, answering all our queries and arranging our order in a speedy manner.
Felt slightly let down that the paperwork has 4 weeks longer estimated delivery than we were told, but we wait and see.

Quick to interact with us and gave a full detail of our potential sale. Didn’t feel pressured and the salesman gave us full confidence of his knowledge. We felt reassured that our satisfaction was the most important factor.

Good service, person honest about delivery date

The order process was straightforward and I was kept updated throughout. I had a problem with one item which was resolved swiftly thanks to Kathy who I felt went above and beyond to assist me (apologies if I have spelled your name incorrectly!)

After spending weeks looking for furniture i stumbled on Taskers by chance. Had a good look round, as furniture is all over the place not in departments. Was helped by a lovely lady named Fiona. Found what I loved and ordered and payed for 3 pieces.
Have since been back and ordered two more. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable - even got a cup of tea. My kind of people and place.

Found the sales team very informative & knowledgeable regarding the products I was purchasing.
Couldn’t be more helpful when I inquired about a product that was not in stock or on display as they made the necessary phone calls to get the product that I really wanted to purchase.

Taskers of Accrington, not to be confused with the Taskers Aintree it’s more a furniture store that a great selection of furniture to fill your home.
Our experience was excellent, we went looking for an accent chair and found the perfect one, the staff were amazing and looked after us, we’re so pleased that we went there and it was well worth the visit.

As we walk in we were greeted by a loverly lady Fiona asking if we wanted a tea or coffee , we browsed around and when we needed help we just asked Fiona, we selected what we wanted and sat down to arrange payment and delivery they were very accommodating with the dates ,when we went to pay the lady on the till we very nice ,all in all it was a no stress place thank you so much
