First time purchase
Received my bag and scarf today, both beautifully packaged.There was an issue with the strap I’d ordered - Michelle noticed that the clip was faulty as she was packaging it and refunded it straight away. Delighted with the quality of my messenger bag, looks more expensive than it actually was. Will definitely shop again!

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. One slight issue - me being particular and it was resolved instantly.
Have bought a couple of bags, beautiful quality and colours. Items look and feel expensive.
Looking forward to building my bag collection more.

As the handbag I purchased was a present to be delivered direct to my friend, I asked for the price to be removed. I was contacted by email saying no problem and would I like a special message on the card! The attention to detail gives that extra special touch! Thank you so much!
