I never received a card
I never received a card, or any communication about the delivery. When I asked, I was told it would come, but the day arrived and no card still. I have now asked for a refund. My event was this week so I won't be able to use the card unless it comes literally by the end of today at the very latest. Unlikely now. Very disappointing. I hope I get my refund sorted. Was really looking forward to using this new system.
UPDATE
I received the card, so have upgraded the stars to 3. But the customer service is poor and needs some work as noone responded to my last email.
