The bot took a long time to think about each submission. I was promised a link to confirm my report/ track progress which was not provided.

Tapi has been a phenomenal help to me in my rental property business. I was having difficulty keeping up with the volume of maintenance requests and work flow and this system covers everything I needed. It had made scheduling maintenance a breeze from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for any rental property manager needing to get their maintenance under control. Tapi was life-saving for my business as I just couldn't keep my head above water without it.

1Let’s recent implementation of Tapi has been truly transformative. Tapi has streamlined every stage of the maintenance process — from initial reporting through to job completion and invoicing.
From our initial meeting the decision to implement Tapi alongside our current systems was a no brainer. The Tapi team are fantastic and the onboarding process seamless. One of the most significant improvements has been in communication. Landlords, tenants and contractors now benefit from clear, consistent updates throughout the whole process, while landlords have greater visibility over works being carried out on their properties. Response times have improved considerably as a result of better coordination, presentation and prioritisation of maintenance tasks.
Overall, Tapi has genuinely changed the way we manage maintenance for the better. It’s made the lives of our Property Management team easier, our processes more efficient, improved communication across the board, and ultimately helped 1Let provide a better service to both landlords and tenants, something which is at the very core of what we strive for each day.
One of my clients starting using Tapi and I hate it. As a tradie it wastes my time. I have to include hashtags to invoices and rubbish like that, and adds extra layers to do basic stuff.
The property manager uses my services because I give them a good price. If they are going to waste my time with this rubbish I have to increase my prices for them. I hate these time wasting platforms designed by people that have no clue how to run a business
Tapi is easy to use from an Agent perspective and most Landlords and Suppliers are good at it too. It is always easy to get help if needed.

I have been using Tapi from the very beginning and I have always found the software to be streamlined and easy to use, definitely makes my job easier and more efficient using Tapi.
The chat bot is genuinely like talking to a raccoon. If you ask it a question it will simply not respond. It does not tell you if it has notified the property manager about the issue or not. When I tell it about the maintenance required, it just says "sorry to hear about your issue", and refuses to elaborate
When I was told it would revolutionise the way we do maintenance, I was a little sceptic. I have gladly been proven wrong and can say without any doubt Tapi has in fact revolutionised the way we do maintenance. The communication ability between all our clients; Renters, Rental Providers and Tradies alike is fantastic. Your can pick up any work order when a colleague is away and know where it is at to assist processing it through to a resolution.
Just another bland tech app which doesn't engage properly and saves property manager intial time, but not long-term gain and doesn't work for those using it.
Difficult to use, ask benal questions, goes around in a loop and generally doesn't work.
Asks for more personal details - including address which it already had, then keeps asking questions which it doesn't need to, then nothing happens. More than once

We recently onboarded to Tapi, and it has already made a noticeable difference in how smoothly our maintenance processes run. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and has genuinely helped streamline our workflows—making property management far easier for our team.
A special mention to Jason Colbey, whose enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the software made the transition enjoyable. His support and energy really showcased the value of Tapi.
