Appointment available the same day, the doctor was really helpful with an excellent manner. Very good value for money. I would certainly use this service again.

I have had to rewrite this review three or four times because Mr —— keeps flagging it
Ive noticed all his reviews have a similar theme
I made an appointment with them last week more out of convenience than anything else to try and get the prescription I needed a bit quicker rather than waiting until the end of the week/early next week when I could see a private doctor i have seen on and off for around 10-15 years, who I have found to be very ethical and honest with all his medical opinions
Mr —— said the condition was what he said it was I said it was not what I should have said was I believe it’s what he said and something else and what he said is a secondary condition that’s caused by the first.
I have sent the photos i sent him for three independent assessors one has came back with what I said it was in the first place one of the other,s has said they cannot give a definate diagnosis without a face to face consultation
In any event I’ll get to see the dr I should have waited to see friday or next week,
He has since blocked the account I had to open for the appointment but has offered a refund that I told him I didn’t want
I have sent him some correspondence that’s factual to be added to his notes,he refused to do this stating his notes can’t be altered -I was asking to add not alter anything
Overall not a good experience with TapGP but plenty of other online doctors to choose from
Re:reply:One thing ive learnt from this experience is this, if you’re lucky enough to know a good private doctor try not to lose their number/s if you change your phone or reset it etc
They are literally PRICELESS !

Great service
It was so easy to book - I got an appointment within an hour for my throat infection.
The doctor was lovely, thorough and compassionate and sent me antibiotics straight away after seeing the images I sent.

Incredible. I'm a dentist, needed a prescription for something as soon as possible, as it was a bank holiday weekend. I couldn't get access to the dental practice I work at for the antiviral medication required. She asked all relevant questions, in relation to the mouth and also general health. Swift, efficient and prescription given immediately. Got an appointment same day. I used to see my doctor privately but this is so much easier, just get on the phone, send pictures and bobs your uncle!

Doctor was professional and clear
Doctor was very clear and direct in his approach. He asked supportive question in a calm comforting way. He passified my concern regarding a bubbling sound when I exchaled.

Having been let down by Healthhero, I tried tapGP and was so grateful to my doctor, who listened and was very easy to talk to and great with my son. The doctor sent my son's prescription to my phone, which i picked up without trouble! definitely recommend!

Same day appointment and good clinical advice
I'd recommend trying tapGP if you've got any sort of mental health issue and been failed by the NHS. After a 10 minute consultation I got the meds I'd been trying to get for 5 months from my NHS GP. They may or may not work but at least I'll now get to find out.
