I ordered my Tap’d in July I still haven’t received it. When asked about it they either they gave me the run around or they didn’t respond to my email. I then asked for a refund and they haven’t replied.

delivered on time from the U.S to…
delivered on time from the U.S to London however every time i unlock the screen on my phone my own social media comes up. Very annoying and doesn't seem to be a solution as they don't seem to reply to emails. Waste of time and money

TAPD Sucks!
I also received my order within a week but ALSO, it doesn’t work! Customer service is SUPER terrible! I’ve emailed and sent several direct messages to them on instagram. I received 1 reply via instagram asking if I had activated my profile, which I had already done. After my reply to them stating that I had indeed activated my profile, I didn't receive any more replies from the #Tapd company at all.

This business sucks. No communication or replys. Kept in the dark. Sounded too good to be true... Seems as though it is.
EDIT: See, almost 20 days have gone by before they even contact customers to rectify their mistakes. lol sheesh.

I ordered mine two months ago on 5/30/2020 & have not received my order have not been contacted or written back. The company is in London and I’m in California I thought it would get here by now. I’ll be calling my bank to dispute the transaction
