Quick delivery and service

Local services were unable to supply the part so contacted Tapcartridge. Great customer service from their representative who answered all of my questions. Identified the part I required from the guide on their website, ordered and delivered quickly and fitted perfectly.

Selection guides were very good. After measuring old cartridge using the selection tool got correct one first time. Ordering straight forward recieved goods in 2 days.

What a great company. Had an old leaky tap and all the usual places told me the part couldn't be replaced. Was faced with ripping out the bathroom suite to replace it but then found Tap Cartridges.

Simple to use guide on working out which cartridge I needed from a very wide range and it was a perfect fit!

Purchased a hot and cold cartridge and although the order arrived super quick only one cartridge was in the package. I sent an email which was replied to on a Sunday and the missing cartridge was dispatched on Monday.

Mistakes happen, it’s how they are handled and this was handled perfectly.

I enquired as to which catridge I need and response was exceptionally fast, although qualified with a "closest we have" proviso. I took a punt, cartridge was delivered quickly, sadly it didn't quite fit but return and refund was painless, a good outfit 👌

Product fixed my leaking tap!

It's a little less smooth turning on an off than the original, but works fine.

Choosing the right valve was also a headache - the measurement filters on the site don't work well/accurately and the differences in some of the measurements are so small that accurate measurement against the original was nigh on impossible.

Easy to identify which cartridge matches mine with the website. I removed the old ones before measuring to make absolutely sure. 100% compatible with my tap and rapid delivery.

Great quick service

Who'd a known there could be so many different tap cartridges. All very slightly different and therefore won't fit. Having a detailed dimensional drawings of the tap cartridges made it simple to find the right one
