I have just signed up with Tap & Go and I can honestly say they have been really great. They have cut the monthly costs down for me and each transaction is going to be cheaper than what I am paying now. Ellie is fantastic as she has kept me informed every step of the way and I am sure the set up is going to be just a easy with ellie helping. Thank you

We are a small local business and use tap and go. The main reason we picked them was because they are a local business and have a direct number so when you need them you don’t get passed around you actually speak to them. We recently changed terminals and everything went smoothly Ellie in particular was superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rude and pushy staff
We received a cold call from them and the guy on the phone was extremely defensive and pushy and essentially chastised us when we said we weren't interested and too busy to talk in the middle of the work day
