Working with Tangle Joy on my latest purchase was great. I had a tight delivery window in which they worked with me to make sure it would arrive in that time. Their customer service exceeded expectations. There was an issue with the product which was on the manufacturing end, they helped to resolve without hesitation. The product is wonderful & exactly what was described/advertised from a well known reputable brand/manufacturer. I can’t thank the team at Tangle Joy enough for their service & making the customer experience top notch. Communication was great & it made you feel valued in a business sense as a customer. A lot of other companies are terrible when it comes to these things. I’d highly recommend purchasing through them If you’re looking for a vendor offering quality branded products at great prices.
