I worked with Tamara for 6 weeks, and in that time my confidence in speaking with Americans grew noticeably. I no longer freeze up at the mere thought of having a conversation in English. I feel much more confident when I speak, and I no longer worry about how every sentence is going to sound. It has definitely become easier for me to understand Americans and to communicate with them myself.
