Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. I phoned for more information on the jungle animals and the customer service lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I can now purchase with confidence- Thank you so much for your help - order now placed.

We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. I can confirm it was shipped to you on the 29th of August. Parcel Force have tried to deliver several times and should have left you a card with delivery details.

Replacement

I had a complaint regarding the condition of my order. The customer advisor was sympathetic, helpful and efficient in making sure that a replacement was sent out to me. Really great customer service! Thank you.
